Update!I cannot express enough how amazing this company is. The demeanor of their employees and office is superb. I have never felt so much peace of mind with a company, other than my own, of course. I do RV repair. Carter was my technician today.I had a truly wonderful and stress-free experience, especially as a newcomer to this type of service. My technician, Vance, was absolutely exceptional. He patiently answered all of my questions and demonstrated remarkable politeness and professionalism throughout. I will certainly be requesting his assistance for any future work I may need. As I currently reside in my RV due to hurricane damage and am unable to climb onto the roof for inspections, finding a reliable service was paramount. Speedy Mobile RV Repair is Honestly OutstandingMy main slide mechanism was damaged, and the slide floor was broken in the middle and would require a full floor replacement - not just a patch repair.Vance was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the slide's problem and detailed what repairs were needed.The owner, Frank, followed up and provided a reasonable quote for the slide mechanism repairs they could perform, yet was also very honest - explaining that while Speedy can handle most slide floor replacements in the field, this particular repair required the slide to be completely removed from the RV first, making a shop the best option to do the job right the first time. He recommended addressing the floor repair first, before tackling the mechanism.This is a company that empowers their team of techs to win customers over with the best options and ways to solve a repair problem...without wasting money.I was referred to another company for the major repairs needed yet will call Speedy Mobile RV Repair for repairs that can be done in the field.
