Speedy Mobile RV Repair is THE BEST Company with the ABSOLUTE BEST Customer Service, by far. The 12V devices in our RV got burnt up by a Solar flare - increased surge of power through our solar panels. We called a few remote RV repair companies with no answer or response back.When I called Speedy Mobile RV Repair on a Saturday morning, not only did a kind, understanding representative answer the phone, Demi, she also offered to make an appointment while we were still at the campsite within a couple days. The Technician, Carter, that came was clean cut, intelligent and thorough. He took the time to to check each and every thing was able to diagnosed the many issues and explained it all to us. He offered to put a rush on the replacement parts when we told him we had a trip coming up to visit and support our granddaughter in a school play.Well...they did just that :) When we called with questions, Demi always answered the phone ! Again...this is Speedy Mobile RV Repair! They truly are the best. They kept us up to date with the parts delivery and even made an appointment for the repairs as they waited for the last one of the parts to arrive. On the day the Technician, Carter was scheduled to come, he contacted us to give us a half hour span of time for his arrival ! A half hour !! When my husband told me Carter would be here between 9:00 - 9:30 I thought 9:00 am to 21:00. Nope 9:00 am - 9:30 am ....just amazing. Carter replaced all the "burnt" 12V devises, tested them and was finished within a couple hours+. Wow!This company has been the best from my first panic call to the completion of the job ...no stress... the best customer service and I am so thankful for them ....and would highly recommend Speedy Mobile ! After a few scheduling changes, my problem was addressed expeditiously by Vance of Speedy Mobile RV Repair and handled with proficiency and professionalism second to none! The issue was identified and the solution offered. My inverter was toast so I requested an estimate for replacement and was promptly advised in writing of the cost for the job itemizing parts, labor and timeframe to accomplish the task. After confirming the estimate and speaking with Frank, the owner of the company, we scheduled the repair. Vance arrived as scheduled and proceeded to replace the inverter. Not only did he meet my expectations but went above and beyond to be sure that everything else was working as intended. Vance gave me quite a bit of insight and an education about my motor home’s electrical system and how to use and maintain it!Throughout this whole process, the communication between me and Speedy was excellent.
