We could not be happier with the two projects Leo Lantz Construction has done for us. In 2022, Leo did a complete Kitchen remodel and Jack and Jill bath remodel (tub-shower to walk-in shower conversion). The work quality and results were outstanding, and Leo and team communicated with us from start to finish. In 2024, Leo and team installed an electric fireplace and hearth to replace an outdated wood burning insert. He also oversaw installation of new LVT flooring and painting in our great room. Again, the work quality was flawless and communication was perfect. Leo’s in house team and select contractors are fantastic to work with, and we have complete trust in Leo to help guide us and do the work right and cost effectively. We are delighted with the shower remodel (replacement) that Leo and his team performed for us. At every step of the process we experienced top notch professionalism and incredible results. Leo’s suggestions were timely and when combined with the care and focused attention of his crew yielded a fantastic finished product. Throughout the entire process everyone was professional, friendly and respectful towards both us and our home. Schedules were made with our input and the team always kept their appointments. It was a pleasure watching these skilled craftspeople at work and seeing our kitchen being transformed into a wonderful space in our home. Early in our planning with Leo we talked about the importance of communication and of being kept up to date on a regular basis. Thanks to the outstanding job of our project coordinator, Steve Brown, this aspect of the project exceeded our expectations. Steve would consistently let us know who was coming to our home, what their plan was for the day and when they anticipated arriving. He would also make regular site visits and immediately respond to our questions or comments. Steve helped to make the project go smoothly. Leo’s attention to detail and his hands-on approach to our remodel were impressive. From the beginning, Leo always incorporated our ideas into the plan and as importantly, gave us his honest and helpful opinions and suggestions. Leo Lantz and his team are excellent. They are very detail oriented from beginning to end. Leo has a great vision and brings it to reality. He remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, fireplaces and moved a bathroom. Leo was very hands on throughout the project. He was helpful with decisions when I got stuck.
