Both Coach Joe and Marcon are awesome!! They give me enough variety that it doesn’t get boring. And they are great encouragers. I am thankful I found Project Evolve!! I’m using it, so I don’t lose it. Very important to have weight training, especially once I hit 60 years old.

Coach Marcon and Coach Joe are great to work with. They're intuitive when it goes to my progress goals each session. As one who's never done any weight training, I got over any awkwardness I felt at the start and am feeling more comfortable with the routine after my first month. It's a great program and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially people my age.

Working out at project evolve changed my health. The encouragement I not to give up saved me from having back surgery. The coaches are very knowledgeable about the human body and able to guide you to do the correct exercise They are very caring and listen to your needs, so you don’t feel like just a client.Having accountability meetings one on one is what made the difference for not giving up.I wanted to quit in the beginning, I was I.n pain. But sure am glad I stuck with it.
