All the coaches are great! They make sure If you need modifications you have them and I feel supported throughout. It’s such a steal for the amount of coaching you get each class! Plus, the membership is very reasonable! They also host events, which makes it a great community to be part of.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming. I haven’t worked out in a few years and it was ok. I went at my own speed and Kara was there to help. If you’ve been thinking about - just do it - you won’t regret it.

I started at CFP in September 2024 when I was 5 months postpartum with my second baby. It is the best decision I have made. I am stronger and more fit and I have met some great coaches and people. Can’t beat the community at CFP!

She carefully breaks down each movement into specific drills that serve as a warm-up, making it easier to master the technique before jumping into the full workout.What stands out is how she seamlessly works with people at all different levels in the same class at CrossFit Pepperell - whether you’re new or experienced, she adjusts the pace and offers modifications so everyone can keep up without feeling left behind. He is patient and explains the movements well and provides helpful queues to make sure your form is correct.Overall, very happy with my experience. This was my first intro class and I loved it. Coach Kara introduced me to the day Coach Juan and other people in the group. Everyone specifically coach Kara and Juan were very encouraging and explained the right technique to do things. Coaches watch how I was performing and advised for corrections where needed. This was really great and I m looking forward to become member of this family

Today was my first class, and I almost didn't go because I was nervous. Tim was great. He was easy going and showed me the different steps on how to do things, with modifications if necessary. I also really loved that he checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and provided a ton of encouragement. It was tough, but definitely worth it and I will be back!

This gym is a supportive community of hard working individuals. The people you work next to quickly become friends and you track their progress and celebrate milestones almost as much as your own.I used to look at exercise as a monotonous task and each morning I look forward to getting to the gym to tackle that days WOD and start my day. One of the best decisions I made is calling Brian the manager back and saying “I’m finally ready to start this journey.”Give it a shot. Step out of your comfort zone. Everything is scaleable and the coaches are there to recommend an option that works for you.
