I’ve had a contract with Comfort Solutions on both of my properties for the several years now and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. A few weeks ago I noticed my air conditioning was not functioning properly about the time I was scheduled for routine maintenance. Irwin diagnosed the problem as a leak in the system and after repairs it works perfectly again. Just in time for the hot weather coming our way. Andee handles scheduling in the office and was able to get me an earlier appointment which was fortuitous as 90 degree temperatures arrived just after the repairs.

The technicians were clearly expert at their tasks, polite, explained to me in clear, plain English the work they needed to do and why. They were impeccably dressed in company uniforms and careful about doing a lengthy complete new installation without any mess or damage to my property. I won’t use anyone else. Fabian, Guillermo and Gerson are outstanding ambassadors for Comfort Solutions. We love our new system!

Jainer was amazing! He was dispatched last minute to fix an HVAC issue and fixed it immediately. He also was incredible about dealing with my young daughter who insisted on standing directly next to him to watch him work. Highly recommend!

I turned on my hot water one day to find I didn’t have any. I called Comfort Solutions to see if they did work with water heaters . I spoke with Andee and she told my they did and would try to get someone to my house to check the water heater. Irwin showed up later that afternoon and after checking out the system explained one of the two thermostats was not operating properly and because it was heating the water too high, the other thermostat shut it off as a precautionary measure. He reset it but explained it would probably happen again. Being the heater was close to 20 years old, I decided it was time to replace rather than repair. They ordered it the next morning (it was already 4:30 by the time I determined I needed a new one) and it was installed 2 days later by Guillermo and GT. Everyone was extremely professional and efficient.

Saved me a ton of money.Had another company come in and check my heat pump multiple times, with multiple techs at a time , and after legit HOURS they concluded that it was a reverse valve issue which would cost me thousands or replace the whole unit for like 10k.Decided to get a second opinion. Comfort came in and immediately ruled the reverse valve out. The technician determined it was a faulty thermostat (which the other company had installed…). Replaced with a new thermostat and now the heat pump is finally running properly again.Jainer was a great tech- super knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and how he was ruling out the mistakes of the other company.

Neighbor had a gas leak, the Fire Department checked our gas lines as a precaution and found a small gas leak going to our furnace. 1 call took care of having Comfort Solutions respond the same day and repaired the leak.
