On a routine maintenance visit, my technician, Irwin, diagnosed completed a repair that was need and was complicated. Comfort Solutions needed to order parts from the manufacturer. After parts had arrived, Irwin was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and friendly in completing the repair and performing the routine maintenance. I hope to see him at my next scheduled maintenance visit.

Fabian, Guillermo and Gerson were great! They took care of a full conversion from gas furnace / AC to a heat pump and did it in a day. They were very courteous and professional. They were minimally disruptive as I worked from home, and Fabian gave me a complete rundown of the new system when they were finished

Service Tech was IRWIN LOPEZ. AWESOME service. Arrived as scheduled. He discussed what he intended to do in way of system diagnosis, then discussed different options and approximate costs with us. After a thorough system evaluation, he discovered two leaks, replaced some parts, repaired the leaks and recharged the system. System working great. Thank you Irwin.
