Comfort Solutions came out to fix a leaky mixing valve issue . There was some difficulty in patching the leak as my setup is cpvc and a bit old. They’ve been very persistent in returning to my home to make sure the issue is taken care of. They’ve also operated very honestly with great emphasis on ensuring that they’re providing me with excellent care. They even went out of their way to have a piece delivered to my apartment so they could fix something that was accidentally damaged. They owned and it made it right in a timely manner. To me that speaks volumes to their integrity as a business (and their character as people).
