Comfort Solutions came out to fix a leaky mixing valve issue . There was some difficulty in patching the leak as my setup is cpvc and a bit old. They’ve been very persistent in returning to my home to make sure the issue is taken care of. They’ve also operated very honestly with great emphasis on ensuring that they’re providing me with excellent care. They even went out of their way to have a piece delivered to my apartment so they could fix something that was accidentally damaged. They owned and it made it right in a timely manner. I spent about 8 years "encapsulating" my 1950s home in Alexandria and became super-informed about what it takes to create an outstanding home environment. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need and gave me a great deal on a complete HVAC system last year. When I had a glitch with the new system the owner of the company came out on a weekend to check it. Turns out it was just a minor reset and the system has been great since, but I was impressed by the responsiveness.
