I absolutely love my first zumba class. I had a long break from any exercise classes and while my first class with Charlotte I felt like I never stopped exercise. I like the way the class went and don't know where that hour gone. I love the choice of music and the steps were easy to follow. If something was a bit more complicated Charlotte explained and showed the steps which was great. Overall I am glad I decided to attempt this class. The atmosphere was very nice and I felt like I can be myself and I felt very welcommed. Coach Charlotte was super friendly and easy to speak to. Great experience!

Great Dance Fit class with Charlotte, the music was great and the moves were simple and easy to follow but I still managed to work up a sweat!!

Never tried any sort of class until I gave clubbercise a punt for a laugh with some friends.After my first session I immediately signed up for a membership. They are all so lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere is always incredible.As somebody who couldn't think of anything worse than exercise.... These guys are amazing and I have a lot of fun.Paige is very friendly and approachable and makes everyone feel very comfortable despite the setting being way out of my comfort zone to begin with. Never thought I'd be exercising with a smile on my face and having a laugh too 🤪I look forward to Wednesday evenings classes now 💃

Paige is absolutely amazing! How she can keep a smile on her face whilst leading us in class I have no idea! She's so bubbly and energetic she makes the class so much more fun! Not to mention that when she's not shouting encouragement at us she's somehow singing to the music as well!Paige is super sweet and approachable and I really look forward to my Wednesday class with her!

Really enjoy the class at Fit & Fabulous. Paige is a great teacher.Her positive attitude makes even the toughest exercises feel doable and keeps the whole class motivated. I leave feeling stronger and more confident each time, which makes coming back something I look forward to. This kind of encouragement really sets Fit & Fabulous apart from other gyms.
