The whole process has been very easy, including a phlebotomist coming to me for an easy draw, testosterone shipped to my house and virtual calls with Dr Jacob to get me dialed in. I have had good conversations with the doctor and his wife. Very down to earth people. The staff seems eager to help with any issues that may arise.
