KPD have been a blessing to deal with. We started our conversion with very little knowledge of the process. We entered our details on a job site and KPD got in touch in a matter of minuets with the most competitive price and most importantly a full explanation of the process.
Mike Cano arrived at our house to do a full detailed plan of what we want to achieve and took our thoughts onboard and offered suggestion when needed. The drawings were provided in a quick timely manner with no alterations required. Mike then competed all of our planning applications for us, which was an absolute godsend as I didn’t have the time or patience to do it myself.
I would have zero hesitation on using them again for any work moving forward and I will also be referring them to all my friends and family.

KPD have been an amazing right from the very start. We found them via a Local Surveyors site and they were the only ones that responded with detailed information. This was followed up by a call with Gerrard, who was very patient and answered my hoards of questions as this whole extension/build is completely alien to me. I now knew exactly what to expect and what the process would be. We were appointed Mike, right from the off-set Mike was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing and even gave us ideas of how to make our space work for us in a way we hadn’t thought of. Again, he answered all of my questions. Communication is fantastic, emails are responded to within 24 hours and no question is too much for KPD. From someone who doesn’t know anyone in the industry and Putney had to reply on Google searches, I would 100% recommend Mike & his team 😊

I can honestly say it was a great decision and from first contact the process was explained. When the architect came he was extremely professional, listened to my ideas and what I wanted and after a short period later the drawings were complete and planning was applied for. And given I saw quotes from other companies this one was by far the best option. Would recommend to anyone looking to start a project on their homes

Don't be fooled into thinking they are that efficient because they aren't good quality, completely the opposite. The service was FANTASTIC from start to finish. I worked with Mike and I asked for a plan which doesn't require planning permission. He was absolutely helpful and professional. I would definitely use their services again. I had plans drawn by Mike for a loft conversion. He was very professional and meticulous in planning and discussing what I was wanting. He responded to emails and queries promptly. The design was good and he made it a smooth process.
