I chose them primarily because of the competitive prices, but was thoroughly impressed with the service. You essentially have a case manager- for me it was Mike, and they organise the visits, drawings and submit the plans. Mike's communication throughout was fantastic and the service extremely quick. I wasn't particularly in a rush, but the whole process was so efficient, drawings done in a couple of days, alterations just as fast. Would recommend!
