I have experienced on two separate orders that they don't know how to quote the smallest of projects. I had a small 14' x 5' deck that they didn't order enough deck boards for and I had to pick up the remaining board or be charged delivery again. On the second order I need a long straight railing quoted with a gate. Forgot the gate kit so my original quote of $1700 turned into $2000. Didn't even sell it to me at cost or a discounted rate. In my mind once a quote is sent for a project the price is final. Not my fault these "professionals" do not know how to quote the simple project. It's a good thing they sell good quality products because they do not have customer service skills. Less
