We have been working with Shane, Wade, Roberta, Mikyla for quite some time now. Great customer service. Great products, especially the CUTEK line of stains. I would recommend their store and products to anyone who is contemplating building that perfect deck for your home. The know what they are doing when it comes to any kind of deck building in Saskatoon and area.

The Ultimate Deck Shop was amazing to work with. Michaela set me up with all the materials and knowledge for the railing system I had in mind. She was very helpful and her customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend giving her a call with any deck ideas you may have.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Punctual delivery and no damaged product. They picked up my excess material for no extra fee and refunded accordingly. The lumber was very high quality. They sent the complete package, I did not have to add anything else. I would not hesitate on recommending Robbie and her staff to anyone.

I did not have any luck finding Regal remotes for my Crystal Rail with my previous deck supplier. I tried various hardware stores and just grew frustrated. I then contacted these guys and within five minutes they understood my needs. They quickly shipped two remotes and problem solved. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend TUDS for all your backyard projects! Michaela was a huge help in-store, very knowledgeable. The delivery guys Bradon and Brody were excellent, took extra care not to damage anything while unloading. Couldn’t ask for better service.

TUDS is the bomb! Best prices in town, Michaela and Mataya took over 2 hours of their day(s) to help me calculate stuff for my first DIY deck. I’m positive it was obvious how “green” I was, and they were very patient and tremendously helpful for me! The gentleman who helped me load up my wood was also very friendly (I didn’t catch his name). 5 stars all day long!

Every time I deal with Mataya at the Saskatoon location, I receive the best service! Their deck products are awesome and so is the service. Highly recommend The Ultimate Deck Shop if you are building a new deck or replacing the old one!
