I moved to the area and needed a new doctor. I called this office. They accepted my insurance and saw me for an initial visit. I was rather unsatisfied with the visit but I was forced to pay the copay and they billed my insurance anyways. I called to follow up and make another appointment but was told to leave a message for the doctor. I left a message for him two times and he never returned my ... More

I was rather unsatisfied with the visit but I was forced to pay the copay and they billed my insurance anyways. I called to follow up and make another appointment but was told to leave a message for the doctor. I left a message for him two times and he never returned my call. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional, especially for a medical practice. I think this office is very unprofessional and I am upset that I not only wasted $50 on a copay to waste my time in your dirty office, but you billed my insurance for nothing, failed to return my messages, and forced me to return to me previous doctor (which was probably the best option anyways). All in all, if you are young and looking for a up to date, modern, understanding doctor, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and money going to this medical office. It is a scam office and I am next taking my complaints to the Texas Medical Board, as this doctor left me in the lurch, wrote prescriptions for me with refills he later cancelled for no reason, and left me without medical resources for a period of time. Also, if you can spend money on an office and medical degree, maybe consider changing your name to something people can pronounce if you want to practice in Texas. Speak quietly during your visit too, the ladies at the desk listen to everything you’re saying to the “doctor” through the plywood cheap doors they bought at the same place they bought this guys medical degree.
