We had a storm roll through last year and had savage handle the claim. They did an amazing job. They battled our insurance to get us full replacement of the roof and gutters. When dealing with insurance companies it’s important to be patient and to have experienced roofers on your side. Danny was very fair and professional. He got us upgraded shingles, gutters and downspouts. Our house looks better than the day we bought it. The crew is super fast and professional. There was even a worker constantly walking around with a magnet to grab any nails that may have fell. The office girls are great. The are super cheerful and professional on the phone. They keep you updated every step of the way. If you need a roof then these are your guys. I had a section of damaged facia wood that wasn’t covered under insurance (wear and tear) and Danny fixed it for free because he wanted us to be happy There was a small detail that was missed after the install. I sent a picture to Danny and he had a crew out the next day. They really made a huge project seem easy. Less
