The best ham!

First I would like to say that their meats and sausages are great. However, I tried the black pudding and white pudding and was very disappointed. I have been eating both all my life so know what it should be. It needs more seasoning (mace in the black). Both need more scottish oatmeal! It was far too mushy and not flavorful. It certainly was not what I expected. Disappointed.

I discovered Irving Farms through my local British store. I was so excited to find authentic Lincolnshire and Cumberland sausages, and especially thrilled that they were gluten free. The sausages taste absolutely amazing, if this is anything to go by I would absolutely recommend their meat.

Since then, many friends have become their customers as well. Irving's Farm pigs taste different - less fatty, more pork taste, tender (hams that melt in your mouth, for example!), but the biggest thing for me personally is there aren't any hormones or antibiotics in these pork products, and that's VERY rare these days! I've become extremely sensitive to hormones and antibiotics in foods over the past 25 years or so. So much so that hormones in big chain store pork or beef, for example, triggers nasty hormone (and health) issues in me. I've never had any issues with Irving's Farm pork products. If you want healthy, great tasting pork products, you owe it to yourself to order a mouth-watering ham (did I mention the hams are INCREDIBLE!), sausages, roasts, and more. Outstanding quality pork. We compared bacon from many vendors in the city and these guys came out on top for having a perfect balance of flavor, smoke and seasoning without being over-salted. Their Berkshire porchetta is excellent and exceptionally flavorful. We’ve also tried their Cumberland sausages and have been very impressed. I would highly recommend supporting these guys.

Delicious meat at a very reasonable price! We bought a half pig earlier this year and everything has been uniformly excellent. The person that I talked to was friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge, and it was great to be able to customize the cuts to fit with the way our family usually eats. I especially recommend the maple sausage.

I bought your 6 of pies in stead of melton mowbray . They are not even close the meat is too coarse and there are lumps of fat in it . I am from the uk and that is not how a pork pie should be .Very disappointed I thought we had a replacement for melton mowbray guess not .

The best sausages you’ll ever have!

Having immigrated to Canada a few years ago from the UK, we've searched for good Cumberland/Lincolnshire sausages and these are the best we've found (we buy them from the Symons Valley Market in Calgary). Authentic and consistently delicious.

I have been buying from Nicola for years. It's the highest quality pork you can find in Alberta.

We went to Edmonton on a holiday and took in the downtown market. We bought back bacon and omg the best bacon I have ever had. Next time we are back we will head to the Irving's farm for more meat ❤️

We visited the farm and shop just east of Roundhill, AB. It's a great destination for an enjoyable 1/2 day drive from the Edmonton area. The farm shop is small but with good selection of made-on-site pork products, They're not cheap, but competitively priced with other good bacon, sausages, etc. We highly recommend driving to Irvings Farm Fresh to see for yourself.

Purchased Traditional Sausage Rolls at the Strathcona Farmers Market. Pastry was great, sausage was non existent. Had the texture of bread and was extremely gummy in texture, lacked flavour or they forgot to add the meat to the potato and flour mixture.

Just had some pork sausages from downtown farmers market, and OMG they were amazing on the BBQ. Appreciated the quality and form. Will have to go back for more!!
