Greg and Annie have not only created an inclusive and fun community, but also a space to seriously train and improve your fitness. I have several sports related injuries, and always believed the bad rap that CrossFit gets. 100% false. Each of the coaches ensure that your form is correct to prevent injuries, and you feel like you are the only one in the room with how attentive they are. As someone who was scared to lift anything heavier than a 15lb dumbbell a year ago, I assure you if you want to start lifting weights, but are scared, this is the gym to join. I have seen a significant increase in both my conditioning and strength that has carried over into not only my sport, but also my overall life.
