Dr Holzen - The best .. very helpful with some extra ear treatment option that would help my hearing. I needed the treatment but there was a cost .. and an over-the-counter option could also work... she offered I could use the self-help avenue first .. I told her I trusted her and wanted her to do the treatment if she's available .. extra cost well worth it.. ... excellent explanations.. super glad I authorized her to perform ear clean. Well done
