I’d seen Dr. Reimer last year for a hearing test and mentioned my tinnitus, but told her it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t want to pursue any additional testing at that time since my hearing test was normal. She’d told me I was welcome to come back anytime if I changed my mind. I was skeptical, but as time went on and the ringing persisted, I called the office and scheduled a tinnitus exam. When I arrived, the receptionist immediately greeted me. Dr. Reimer happened to be up front at the time and had noticed that I arrived. She said, “No waiting for you today, come on back!” I felt like a VIP and my exam began immediately. When I say I left a bit shocked, it was because I almost got emotional when I first tried on my “noise canceling” earpieces. For the first time in years, I didn’t hear the ringing. Dr. Reimer was so easy to talk with and patient. She explained how the earpieces work in a way that was easy to understand and I can’t wait to receive my custom product. The cherry on top was that they’ll be available for me to get fitted as soon as next week. My wife has been dragging her feet a bit to get tested, but now I’ve convinced her and a few friends to call for appointments! Less

Dr. Reimer is wonderful. I have lost most of my hearing in one ear and Dr. Reimer was able to get me hearing aids that the ear with the loss can send the sound to my good ear. Never knew what sounds I was missing out on. Would highly recommend Louisville Family Audiology.
