I am grateful to Dr. Reimer, AuD. and the team at the Hope Hearing Center (formerly Louisville Family Audiology) for supporting my overall health and well-being. Dr. Reimer referred me to other medical professionals in May, 2025 after documenting a sharp hearing loss in only one ear. As a result of her referral, I had surgery in 2026 to remove a cholesteatoma, repair my middle ear/ear drum, and to replace all of the bones in my middle ear. Since recovering from surgery, I've resumed regular visits to the audiology center. Together, we review ongoing changes to my hearing and tinnitus.Dr. Reimer's attentiveness greatly improved my quality of life! She is sharp, a good listener, and a good problem solver.

I see Dr. Reimer at Louisville Family Audiology. I’m 61 years old and was experiencing some tinnitus and also having trouble hearing. I had a hearing test that showed I was deficient, especially on my left side. I got hearing aids, have had them for over a year now, and they have really made a difference. I got used to them pretty quickly and don’t even notice that they’re in my ears. Also, a great benefit is my tinnitus has decreased tremendously. I actually would have to say that I rarely experience tinnitus anymore at all. My father went to this group for many years because of hearing issues and now I am a patient there. They are wonderful!
