I absolutely love Iron Republic. I’m so glad I randomly came across a post about them opening because the location is perfect, and even better, the community is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, personable, and genuinely fun to work out with. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive, and honestly that energy extends to every member there.It had been a long time since I found a gym that truly measured up to the one where I first started my fitness journey, and Iron Republic is that kind of place. They offer a three day free trial, and I didn’t even need anything after the first to know it was my new gym home. Whether you’re brand new to working out or have years of experience, they meet you where you are and accommodate all ages and skill levels. Love this Gym!!! The coaches are fantastic, the community atmosphere of all the participants is great, never been to a place quite like this. I had never done CrossFit style training but I have worked out for years. They keep it fun and interesting. the trainers are fully engaged, weather you are 16 or 60 they will personalize everything for you as they go thru the workout. I was totally blown away shortly after starting here, as I’m doing the same workout as someone much older and the trainers are right there making sure we all get the most out of every workout. YOU WONT REGRET STOPPING IN FOR COMPLEMENTARY INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS!!!

I was genuinely excited when I learned my former coaches, Mike and Meagan Farr, were opening Iron Republic Athletics in North Bossier—and they did not disappoint! I’ve been a member of several CrossFit gyms over the past 10 years, and Iron Republic is hands-down my favorite. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a CrossFit competitor or a total beginner, the coaches will meet you where you are and help you improve to reach your goals. Every movement can be modified to your level. And if you show up and do the work, you WILL progress! I used to dread working out. But I look forward to going to Iron Republic because everyone in class is so encouraging and supportive. We do the work together and cheer each other on! The workouts are no joke—but seeing real results keeps me coming back for more!
