I’m appalled at how Jill told us to contact her over the weekend and yet answered the phone and hung up then didn’t respond ag ll today or take calls when we are in an urgent situation. I understand she has clients and hearings however it doesn’t negate the fact she specifically told us to call and now is responsive but her fee is quite hefty.

Ms. Phillips is great at what she does. Detail oriented and very knowledgeable. I found her online did some research and decided to hire her, which I’m glad I did because EVERYTHING went as smooth as I hoped for. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thanks Ms. Phillips. ⭐️

If I could give a zero star. Very unresponsive. She’s been working on a case for us for over a year and suddenly she stopped responding to calls, text or emails. Worst part is she’s been paid her full fees. If unreliable and unprofessional was a person that will be Jill. Treat your clients right.
