Jill was marvelous when she sat in and represented me as a creditor, during an initial bankruptcy hearing for a person who owes me money and who I filed an adversary case against. She provided great advice afterwards, and even said she could create an agreement between this person and myself, should I decide to drop my adversary case. Because it would cost me nearly as much as what this person owes me to litigate my case in the bankruptcy court, I told Jill I would most likely drop this case but wanted her to put together the agreement she suggested before the case is actually dropped. I have tried for weeks to contact Jill to put together that agreement, but for whatever reason she never contacted me again. I’ve left multiple voice messages as well as emailed her, but still nothing. I’ve been disappointed because I thought she was great, but unfortunately turned out to be unreliable. Perhaps it’s because there would not be much for her to make if there was only an agreement made and not an actual case.
