I joined Mass Mvmnt about a year ago after a car accident. After physical therapy, the next step was to get back in shape. Can't say enough about Anthony, Mike and Pat at Mass MVMNT. They run a great gym that's more than a gym. Everyone there has a smile on their face when they walk in and when they leave (maybe not so much while working out). Not only do they do a great job but it's just a fun and entertaining place to be as well. Go give it a try.

So glad I joined this gym 3 years ago, the coaches are amazing and have created a community that I truly love being a part of! Not to mention the facility is very well taken care of, and the training is extremely thought out! Recently recovering from a total hip replacement. I am working my way back into exercise post traditional physical therapy. All the trainers have been very supportive and attentive providing ways to modify movements that will help me build my strength back. Great community and support between members.

I took a fundamentals class here last Saturday 1/11 with Coach Mike he’s a great coach and very friendly and easy to talk to. It was an awesome workout and the environment is extremely welcoming and friendly to anybody intimidated by the idea of CrossFit and you will leave here having a different perspective on it because I did.

I have too many great things to say about this gym! They are knowlagable and precise. Each movement is planned and coached to make you stronger and more flexible in a safe way. I had lower back pain for months and after only two weeks with working with them my pain has gone away. I highly recommend Mass MVMNT.

Great box to workout in, with knowledgeable coaching and a great supportive community.

LIFE CHANGING!! I have been to a half dozen CF boxes around the country and NONE of them are as nice a facility as RCFBC. The equipment is world class, the facility is clean and open, the coaching is top notch. All around incredible place to get your WOD on. I love that it's my "Home" box.

RCFBC has changed the way I feel and think about fitness. The programming has kept me interested and makes me realize that I am stronger than I think and capable of growing stronger every day. The community of people is amazing and has become another great strength to me. I love this place, it does more than just build strong bodies... It builds strong minds and strong friendships.
