George came out to assess painting, windows and pergola cover replacement. Service was excellent. We have not had the actual work done yet, so can’t speak to that. Hopefully the actual service will be as great as the customer service we’ve received so far. TBD if we have them do the work.

A representing from High Performance came out to our home on February 14th, 2026 to measure for replacement windows. The representative was very professional and also knowledgeable of the product. The only reason why we did not choose high performance is because their prices were a little bit higher than what we wanted to pay. Also, they did not offer any financing program... But all in all, High Performance would have been her choice out of the five estimates that we obtained.

We scheduled an appointment with High Performance to determine if our roof needed replacement. We have not had work done by yet. We are waiting for one more report before we make a decision, but I wanted to comment on the experience.Brad was on time for our appointment. He explained what he would be doing and looking at during the evaluation and when to expect the report (same or next day).After sending the report, Brad spoke to us in detail since we had several things scheduled and could not do an in-person meeting.He explained the options for roofing, explained the various types of shingles. When I asked about hail rated roof, he discussed the TX proof roof they install. Brad also mentioned that if HOA are involved, they could submit the information to get the approval.The photos he sent and the report were thorough and helpful. Overall Brad was professional, answered all our questions, and were represented High Performance Roofing wonderfully.

High Performance Restoration did very high quality work installing replacement windows and entry door. We also hired them to refinish all of kitchen cabinets and to make new endcaps.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. This is a wonderful company who truly believes in customer satisfaction. Shawn was amazing keeping me updated thru every step of the way.
