It only took them a day to get my new tier 4 roof put up and they made sure to leave the outside of my house as clean as I left it. Since the installation took place I have had to reach out for a couple of things to be looked at and this company got someone out within a day or two to get the issue looked at. Seth, although not in the scope of their business even went out of his way to get materials to put tarp on our 4 broken windows to protect us from the upcoming winter storm. I could write details for an hour explaining the high level of responsiveness he has shown going out of his way to service me as a client at all hours of the day, answering questions, providing direction and finding the very best resources to help me get our home back “whole”. He has been with me every step of the way since 2/22/22 and is still working with me side by side to finish this claim (12/8/22). They were professional, honest and upfront with what would need to be done. They explained in details the process, the high quality shingles with the solid warranty. Moreover the cost were very reasonable. Doug Gardner, the person in charge of the installation was present frequently during the installation. The windows and shrubs are protected from the old shingles being taken down. They finished in little over a day. The clean up was thorough and complete.
