Three stars because I see no other option. I definitely do not ever pay a 20% tip because I can’t afford it in the first place. Secondly the a person that waited on us was Patrick and was very efficient. But I called back to complain about the bill after I saw my bank statement. It was definitely different from when I selected the amount for the tip. I know for a fact that I did not select 20%. Patrick explained that it was correct once I pushed the blue button. But again. I did not select 20%. Sorry but I guess I’ll see if I can connect with the manager. This definitely is not fair as we are retired on a fixed S S income and we always watch what and how we spend our $.

Patrick and Ashley were great servers. They were very attentive and patient. We had a large party and they did awesome attending to all our needs and answering our many questions. Food was so good I forgot to even take a picture. I had the ribeye with the ovation topping. Try it people, the steak was cooked perfectly and the juice coming off the steak mixed with the topping- bliss!The price is high but the food is quality do yourself a favor and have some steak at ovation bistro!

Izzy was great! So friendly and helpful. The grilled chicken was so good my picky child ate the whole thing, which is true praise. The atmosphere was nice and the large booths were fun.

I registered for priority seating for a Friday evening at 6:00 pm, for a party of 12. It was a family gathering to celebrate my 86 year old uncle and his bride’s upcoming wedding the next day. Family members had come from Arizona, California, and Michigan as well as the Tampa area and we were ready to visit and enjoy a leisurely meal. We walked right in and our table was available! Our server, Izzy was great. Beverages were ordered and served in a timely manner. Dinner recommendations were given and were spot on! We never felt rushed. Food was hot and delicious I look forward to another meal there when we’re in the Winter Haven area again.

Winter Haven location on Cypress Gardens Blvd . Pleasant music and volume. Bartender was helpful with app and menu. So far the only location I will return to. Thanks.....I also wanted to say I was recently admitted to the hospital and after discharge I came here for a walk up to go order.... The restaurant called me the next day to see how I was. Definitely friendly and kind.

Absolutely adorable! Love the ambiance. Very chill vibes tonight. Charles is an A1 employee for sure. He helped me over the phone when the awful AI system failed when placing my order (please reconsider that as an option because I almost hung up because of it). Not only that, he made me smile while placing my order and offered suggestions to tasty dishes since this was my first time trying this place. Upon arrival to pick up my order, he was welcoming and efficient. I will return because of Charles!! I hope all the employees are as charismatic!Updating to say Patrick is also an all-star! Also, the portions of food are substantial and delicious!Update!Amanda was the only employee we saw tonight. What a hard worker! Kudos!

Brisket and ribs with the spicy bbq was to kill for! Izzy did a PHENOMENAL job. Constantly checking in and ensuring the glass was never empty! :) Told us about the rewards system, and we will sure be back. Thanks IZZY!

Guys come check out this lovely establishment, Patrick is amazing server, this guy is a machine handles the whole restaurant on his own, bar and dining area. He even memorized our orders from the day before but I preferred the Rib eye with baked potato and bbq beans. I give this experience and food a 10 out of 10 Good job Patrick.
