We were very pleased with how thorough and responsive Joe was when conducting our inspection. There were multiple deficiencies with the building we were considering; Joe pointed things out as soon as they came up and explained the possible risks associated with each deficiency.We received a full report less than 12 hours from the initial inspection that went into great detail, complete with pictures and color-coded sections to help keep track of everything.
