Jorrdan performed an inspection on our new construction home. He was very thorough, professional, and personable. He took his time and made sure to find and document everything.Erie provided a detailed and great report compared to other ones I have received or seen from prior home purchases and sales. They also provide some warranties, the best of which is 5-year roof coverage. I wish I had known they have services to inspect new construction along the way at major milestones. They do offer an 11-month inspection option, which is great.I feel much more confident in my new home thanks to Jordan. Thanks buddy!
