It was a no-brainer for me. I knew I wanted to do business with them immediately she made everything clear to me And got me scheduled right away. The inspection went better than I could’ve ever imagined Derek met me at the property. He was very kind, transparent and straightforward. He was very informative and didn’t show bias as to whether or not I should buy the house but focused on the inspection when I say he didn’t miss a single thing and did a top to bottom inspection I mean it top notch Inspector and I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a home inspection and clear and concise information on the condition of a property 10 out of 10 highly recommend and will be doing business with them again very soon!
