Absolutely a fantastic experience. I started 7 weeks ago with no experience with CrossFit. As someone who is 50+, I was looking for something to get fitter and stronger. I saw the offer for 3 classes for $3 and said why not? First class I walk in the door see a younger fit guy and I am thinking what am I doing here, but the coach was welcoming and had scaling options. I soon realized that there are a lot of people at all levels and ages and the community is just awesome. Even my wife joined. Coaches are knowledgeable, helpful in correcting form, encouraging, yet challenging. Shout out especially to Coaches Alexa, Juan, Xavier and Michaella. I feel stronger and lost a few pounds. I’ve done a few CrossFit classes with Coach Alexa, and they’ve been pretty amazing. Yesterday, while strength training at the commercial gym, I noticed how much better I felt. More stamina, less fatigue, and improved breathing. Definitely crediting her classes for that. Training here with such a talented team of coaches has made a huge difference. West Essex Barbell Club at CFCG is a wonderful gym that is located in Passaic County, NJ. The programming at WEBC that is provided by Coach Jordyn and Coach Justin ensures a quality and challenging workout every time. I have enjoyed working with Coach Will Barrientos on Mondays as he has helped me improve my weightlifting technique in such a short amount of time!
