I have switched my daughter over to Secure Dental and am glad I did. The environment and courteousness of the staff is worlds better than my previous office. Also, the dentist at Secure Dental gave my daughter the care she needed when her previous dentist wouldn’t. Visiting Secure Dental was my last effort to get her the care she needed and they absolutely came through for me and her. Not to mention, they were SO patient and wonderful with her. Her usual dentist refused to work on her, I believe because they had to give her direction more than once. She’s only 6 years old. But it wasn’t a problem for the Dr and staff at Secure Dental. They were so wonderful and patient with her. And most importantly, again, provided the care she needed that I couldn’t have afforded without them. They can’t know how much I appreciate them.Edit-It’s been years since this review was written and we still opt to drive to East Peoria every 6 months for my daughter’s routine care. If I myself could be a patient of Secure Dental instead of my current office, I would. But even so, I’m glad they’re here and available for my child. It’s a great office that I trust worlds more than the one I have to go to.

I absolutely love Secure Dental!!!!! I was accommodated in every way possible. 10 stars. The final delivery on my dentures was made possible by my dentist who came in to the office special on a day she was scheduled out just so that I would have my dentures for my upcoming vacation. I cannot possibly recommend them more!!!!!

I had my first initial visit last week and I had a very pleasant experience, very satisfied with the work done as well as future work to come.As someone who usually dreads going to the dentist I never felt more welcomed or safe. I just had x-rays and a cleaning done to start. I have some work that needs to be done but feel confident and relieved that I have people who actually care about what there doing get the job done and make the experience as best as it can be.I cant believe im saying this but I cant wait to go back for my second appointment.Thank you everyone at Secure Dental!!!!

I had a very good experience with this dental office. I had a root canal with a crown put over my real tooth back in 2018-2019 (from a different dental office). Unfortunately, over time food and bacteria got under the crown and caused my tooth to decay, loosing the bond between the crown & my actual tooth. My crown fell out, so I scheduled an appointment with Secure Dental to see if I could get it replaced or if I'd need the tooth pulled. They did determine I would need to get the tooth pulled. I was very nervous since I haven't always had a great experience at the dentist. However, Dr. Sarah Choi & all dental technicians took great care. They explained everything well and answered any questions or concerns I had. My tooth gave them a harder time than most and eventually the numbness started to wear off. As soon as I let them know I was feeling discomfort/pain, they stopped immediately. They gave me more numbing medication and waited until it completely kicked in to get started again. This was a lengthy procedure & I didn't feel rushed at all. I have with other dentists before, making me feel like the procedure wasn't thorough or that I wasn't taken care of very well. But Dr. Choi & technicians took great care of me until I walked out the door. I was so grateful to have the experience I did here. Thank you to all the hardworking staff! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have dental care done.

I have a broken plate that has tooth missing. There were issues with being able to remove the plate causing a substantial increase in the amount of work needed to replace it. I found the paperwork for the implants and this opened up a plethora of new options. All my old oral surgeons have passed away or retired. This place is great and has a really friendly atmosphere. Top notch

Excellent first visit! I had left my previous dentist for issues in communication and charges. Secure Dental was a wonderful contrast. The location is clean, open, and modern. Arrived before my 3pm, filled out paperwork, took 30 minutes to be seen, X-rays taken, waited again for dentist, teeth cleaned and polished with mint flavored polish that had no taste. Hopefully my second visit will be better
