I’ve lived with two disc herniations (L4-L5 and L5-S1) for over 25 years. I recently had two Ring Dinger® decompression treatments (the 2nd session was with Dr. Rickert), and I want to share my experience.After my first session (at a different clinic), I underwent a full spine MRI. It showed resolution of the L4-L5 disc herniation noted in my earlier MRI. For me, this was evidence that the Ring Dinger® treatment produced structural changes. The more recent MRI also confirmed a remaining disc protrusion at L5-S1.During my session with Dr. Rickert, I experienced a distinct “release” in the lower lumbar/pelvic region. The lingering tightness and pulling sensations down my legs, which had persisted after my first session, completely subsided. His approach is methodical, attentive, and grounded in clinical understanding.I believe this Ring Dinger® technique offers more than subjective relief. It delivers structural and clinical benefits that may be confirmed through imaging and improved mobility. I deeply appreciate Dr. Rickert’s professionalism and would recommend this clinic without hesitation.

Crystal is very skilled in massage therapy and continues to expand her techniques to sooth the different areas of my body that are tight. It can be intense, but I always leave feeling better with an expanded range of motion in my problem areas.

50/10!This place might have saved my life. Herniated disc 2 years ago left painful lower back pain and numb toes. Kept seeing this particular pull in Dallas, but luckily saw the same in MN!I've been to many different types of chiropractor but this place wow! Dr takes is long real good time stretching and eval. ... then the pull!! 3 loud Boom-Boom-Boom!It took a month for my body to release memory but wow... lower back pain dramatically reduced.I would pay more for this service that's how much I appreciate this service!

When I say that Dr. Josh is AMAZING that is not in any way an overstatement. Words cannot begin to express how life changing his protocol was for me. If a chiropractor is reading this and you're truly serious about helping humanity, you should be doing what Dr. Josh is doing. There's a BIG difference between helping people and HEALING people. My initial experience with this chiropractic clinic was wonderful, but then after my fourth visit, I noticed that nothing was changing and I was receiving less personalized care. It began to feel very much like I was cycled through as efficiently as possible, so they could get to the next person and not waste any of my time. I got along great with the chiropractor but did not understand the care process or why she performed certain actions/cracks/stretches over others. Since I had no improvement and communication lacked, I decided to stop coming and left a very honest review expressing my disappointment to dissuade others from visiting here. However, a few days later, I received a very intentional call from Dr. Josh asking if I would be willing to return and give them another shot. He truly listened to my perspective and my needs, and he has been offering me a personalized care approach ever since. Though it hasn't been long enough to see major improvement yet, I am confident he will help me find the best path to take, even if it means something beyond his chiropractic care center. His humility, sincerity, and generosity bought my trust back.
