I bought a 1999 S500 from them, and while the car was clean as can be for it's age, there was a very expensive issue with the drivers seat. There was no way anyone who drove or sat in this car could have NOT noticed that the back of the seat cushion was stuck in the highest position possible. It was like that in the pics, which they took down, but I didn't think it was actually STUCK there. I contacted them about it and got the usual salesperson blow off, the classic "let me look into it" response. Nearly a month later nothing. Oh well it is what it is. The car I will say other wise is in great shape, but beware of them. They simply aren't honest.Edit to the owners response: I didn't have anything inspected before I took delivery. I'm in Texas and trusted you and relied on your integrity, of which you have NONE. You are either mistaken or just flat out lying. I DID NOT have anything inspected. The 1999 S500 I bought from you had a drivers seat STUCK IN THE HIGHEST POSITION possible and NO ONE could have driven this car WITHOUT KNOWING IT. You loaded the car on the truck and shipped it to me and you know it. I brought a rare sports car from this dealer. I got a pre vehicle inspection before purchasing and the dealership worked with the mechanic and allowed him to perform a full inspection. After 6 months of owning the car I can say it's a great car and they were fair with the price as well. I reccomend this dealer!!

I had a Great experience with Josh who is a new sales associate for Private Collection Motors INC. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I was an out of area buyer navigating the purchase sight unseen and he was awesome . They truly do source wonderful vehicles! Can’t wait for many years and many miles with my new (to me) 911. The only suggestion I would make is to always give the buyer a full tank of gas. It may seem like a small thing, but it means a lot. It’s a nice cherry on top! 😁Paula in finance was awesome as well!

I am very satisfied with my vehicle purchase from Private Collection Motors. I found a classic collector Firebird listed online and began an inquiry. Ali Awad promptly responded. I was nervous at first with the vehicle and dealership being completely on the opposite side of the country that I had no familiarity with but Ali quickly answered every question and I had many. He also took many photos and videos even crawling under the vehicle to take photos. Everything was very professional with my satisfaction the main goal. I purchased one of the less expensive vehicles Private Collection offered yet it was by far the most expensive purchase I have ever made.Ali Awad handled my deal. He was not pushy and did what I asked him to do.Ali picked me and my wife up from the airport and took us to the dealership. Nice.I had a strut blow out within 3 hours of leaving the dealership. Fortunately, Ali directed me to Otto's in Santa Monica (friends for life now) that replaced both struts for me the following day.Private Collection paid for the blown strut. My purchase experience overall was great! Thanks to Timothy. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle, I inquired as to the price point. I was informed that the vehicles of Private Collection Motors were higher because of the conditioning of the vehicles sold. So, I purchased a 2007 Bentley Continental Flying Spur and had it shipped to my home state. However, one week after receiving the car, the problems started. In all, I have spent at least $8,000 on a vehicle that was already price higher than comparable cars. I finally talked with someone named July who was not a pleasant person to talk with, but I get it, defend your company. I received a check for a very small portion of the cost out of pocket on the repairs and the repairs continue!!! Lesson learned - never purchase a vehicle where the dealership does not stand behind their vehicles enough to provide some level of warranty. Later I discovered that there were dealers who provider warranty in the cost of the vehicles. I've lived and I've learned. I will not be a return customer to Private Collection Motors!!!Mr. Disappointed

I live a distance way from the dealership, so wasn't able to visit in person to see the vehicle. I called the dealership and worked with Ali Awad, who was very patient and easy to work with. The same day I called, he sent me a video of the car, pointing out all the highlights and flaws, being very honest in what he saw, so that I wouldn't have any missed expectations. I worked with him throughout the process as he guided me through getting a private party inspection, providing me with timely updates, and ultimately arranging the shipment of the vehicle to me. The service they chose was 5 star, and the vehicle arrived in great shape. Besides the car, I really appreciate Ali's guidance throughout this process as it was my first time buying a car where the dealership wasn't local. Thanks!
