When to stop it? Florida DMV not receiving the sale info. Insurance confused as of when was it sold and another car payment went thru during this 2 weeks for the trade in that they said paid off and wasn’t . I have my credit ruined by these people, their ineptitude for transaction, lack of respect for the customer and they failure to provide service, forced me , the customer, beg for assistance for the last two months. ! General managers, accounts managers all disrespectful of the complaints that just alone of being so many issues, should have forced this business to lower down their unjustified egos and help the customer as it’s deserved. I bought my absolutely fantastic BMW M6 from Private Collection Motors and it came on a truck yesterday. I dealt with Timothy as my salesman and he is everything that I could ask for in a salesman! He sent me videos that he took of the car specifically for me and pointed out a few of the awesome features, but also of the cars minor blemishes. I requested the car be inspected somewhere local so he sent it off to a local shop which found it needed a couple of minor things such as a spark plug and an ignition coil. The dealer literally spent about $500 on repairs for the vehicle for me, which I am grateful for. I work in sales, I am one of the top producers in a fantastic agency so I understand sales very well and Tim is like me, he’s not pushy at all, I can call and text him personally. He explains things very well, handles business very well and he can be personable! The car came in wonderful shape (however side note, I used a 3rd party vendor (SGT Transportation) and I decided to go with an open trailer because it was faster and costed less, mostly cause it was faster though bc I was eager lol. Absolutely nothing against this 3rd party vendor, but kind of regret getting it shipped open because the car came rather dirty on the exterior (granted it moved over 2,000 miles to get to me, but the interior was MINT… fortunately my car wash place was still open so I was able to get the exterior cleaned straight away lol) Anyway, the car threw a code at me about the brakes. I sent Tim a photo of it and he called me straight away and was researching why it could have been and even offering to perhaps help financially if I have to pay for a sensor or something EVEN THOUGH I bought the car “as is”… Tremendous customer support here…. These luxury cars can be very finicky or needy and honestly it could’ve just been because the car was tilted for like 3 days on a trailer (Timothy found this, amongst other reasons why it would throw that code on a BMW forum I believe) but today I drove the car home from a friends house about 5 miles away after staying the night there and there were NO CODES… I even drove it in the rain, something I normally would not do, but hey I celebrated a little last night so yeah. The car is BACK in my garage where it should be properly stored. Fantastic experience, highly recommend this dealer and the salesman Timothy. He is a real stand up guy. I would not be shy at all if buying out of town! By the way, the 2007 BMW M6 is an absolute monster with its ROARING V10. The car is simply relentless and I absolutely love it. BENTLEY BUYER BEWARE!!! This dealership is known for selling cars that have major problems (look negative reviews) and lying to you about them. I purchased through them, a 2012 Bentley. The interior lights did not work and cost $550 for repair even though the disclosures showed they worked! The mechanic stated the lights had not worked for a while, the entire interior light system was burned out and had to remove the entire headliner to repair them. The trunk did not shut properly but I was told, verbally AND in writing, that it was because the car was not charged completely and it would shut properly after being charged. This was a FLAT OUT LIE since Bentley Mechanic said it had NOTHING to do with the car being charged and it is a separate motor all together. This is a $2500 repair. Also, we were told that the Bluetooth could be connected, they even sent me an email showing me how to do it. It never worked. They then told me to come down and they would connect it for me, instead we went to Bentley Newport Beach and they said it could not connect unless a $1500 upgrade was done. 2012 Bentleys do not connect with new iPhones. They purposely misled me into thinking all of these items were working. When trying to discuss this with the manager Judy, she went off telling me HOW DARE I TALK OVER HER and refused to listen to us at all. I'm sure she is going to comment ad say other lie. At this point he doesn't matter we are now working with a reputable law firm and we are working on paperwork for court. They’ll be your best friend until they get your money, then…beware! I have been searching for months for a 2012-2016 911S convertible..it was very frustrating and truly filled with ups and downs. I stumbled upon Private Collection Motors on google and saw their inventory. A fantastic collection of premium cars, in fantastic condition and having sought after specs. Within their collection was a 2012 911S convertible with every option I wanted and the best part it had under 15k miles. I immediately called and connected with Ali. He was engaging, helpful and extremely prompt and communicative. Ali, did 3 walk-around videos and the car seemed to be the one. I did have a car to trade in---a 2023 BMW i4M50 and we agreed it was hard to put a number on it since it was so new. I had it appraised at Carmax and Private Collection agreed to match the offer. This worked for me as I would be entitled to the tax credit. A couple of days later I drive the car down from Las Vegas and would take a flight back same day. If all went well a deal would be had and they would ship the car back to me. Upon arrival I liked the vibe of the company. It was a garage warehouse with an office in the front. Very low key and all about the cars. They have somewhere between 60-80 high end cars. Thankfully mine was ready to view and I was more than surprised to see it in even better condition than I expected. A 2012 911 in showroom condition...I definitely picked the right one. Ali pulled the car out and off for a short drive we went up the pacific coast hwy. Ali is truly a fantastic guy....I used to be in the car business myself and would hire him in a heartbeat if I was still in the game. Completely laid back, polite, professional and organized. The dealership is very lucky to have him. Paperwork went just as smoothly and Ali found a transport company to ship my car. I explained that the sooner the better as I would be without a vehicle and he surprised me a few hours later by finding another company who would bring my car the very next day at a very reasonable price...for those wondering $275 to ship from CA to Las Vegas. So I recently purchased a C63 507 Edition from PCM. Firstly, Kramer helped me with facilitating/walking me through the vehicle. Overall, the car was in great condition. Of course, I wanted to negotiate with the price and we found a good middle ground where both parties were happy with the number. I reached out to PCM about the issue and told them that it was gonna be a big repair bill that my warranty won't cover since I've owned it for such a short amount of time. In addition, during my delivery of the car, it had the problem already and showed them proof of video that it didn't sound normal. I disregarded the sound at first since I figured with the 6.2L V8 that of course it makes a lot of noise. I reached out to fellow C63 owners/brought it to a specialist and confirmed that it was indeed the cam adjuster. Timothy was really helpful in getting me some reimbursement to help with the repair for the vehicle and overall the issue was resolved. I traded in my 2014 GT500 with 2742 miles on it for a 2019 Shelby GT350 with 962 miles on it. From day one I was working with Tim and let me tell you his customer service and caring and understanding that I was so far away and he was honestly my eyes an ears meant everything. No matter when I called or texted he responded. I was never put on hold, never not had a message or call unreturned. If I asked Tim to check and see if the chin spoiler on the car was scratched, he "literally" laid on the floor and took pictures for me. He and his detail guy went over the car inch by inch to make sure there wasn't any damages or scratches we didn't know about. The process of my bank getting them the money took way longer for some reason than expected. Long enough that after 10 days we cancelled the check and overnighted a money order. At any time these guys could have sold this car out from underneath me, but didn't. IT DOESN"T END HERE. During transport ladies and gents, the open car hauler my GT500 was on in route to their dealer was rear ended by another semi, separated the trailer and semi, flipped both, and all 9 cars burnt to the ground. Now this dealership was expecting to get a car that was in immaculate condition and make at least 8-10k with how the market is right now. With that being said, now they weren't getting anything, and yet they STILL honored the sale. Still held on to the car for 13 days before they received the check. Told anybody and everybody that the car wasn't for sale. NEVER, NEVER have I had such a humbling experience with a car dealer and I literally have best friends I have bought cars for for myself and my wife over the past 10 yrs. Tim's professionalism, trying to keep me calm and reassured they weren't going to sell the car to someone else, to finally getting the new car shipped and delivered (BY A HIGHLY REPUTABLE ENCLOSED TRAILER) and the car being everything Tim assured me it was. Not a flaw, and I'm totally in love with this car. It's perfect. Sorry this was such a long message but you guys needed to know just what Tim and this dealer did for me, and how well they took care of someone all the way in Tennessee. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DISHONEST, NON-RESPONSIVE... Avoid this dealership. I purchased a 2004 Porsche Turbo & traded in a 2004 Porsche Turbo with higher mileage in a transaction with their salesman, Ryan. I was VERY transparent with Ryan & took pictures of my car disclosing 2 issues: a small scratch (1-2” in length) on my car’s back right panel and a crack in the interior leather by the driver’s window. Ryan was appreciative, saying “that was fine”. I originally purchased my car from Park Place Motors, a very respected dealer in Bellevue. Ryan told me he knew the dealer as his mom had just purchased a car from them. I paid to have their car inspected with a shop they recommended (my mistake) & never received the report after repeated attempts. I did talk to the shops owner & was assured the car was “great”. My car had perfect wheel center caps & their car did not. Their car also has a 3-4” scratch on the back left panel. They did not disclose the scratch on their car. Ryan just repeatedly said, “perfect museum quality”. We agreed to swap my perfect center caps for their center caps that had the paint peeling. Not that big a deal but still an agreement. Next, how’s this for weird? After the agreement, Ryan emailed me EBay center caps listings with no text. I guess, implying to me to just go buy them on EBay? Anyway, Ryan shipped my car from WA to their dealership. I didn’t hear anything for about ten days. I was concerned since they now had my car and the difference I paid them for their car with lower mileage. They turned into ghosts. NO return calls from Ryan. After two more weeks, I got a call from Judith, didn’t know who she was & hadn’t ever talked to her. Judith asks for my banking information because she says she’s sending back my money. I ask, “why”? She doesn’t know why; could not tell me. Said she’d have my salesman call me. Guess what. Nope. Ryan did not call me. Another week goes by with me calling Ryan, repeatedly, no return calls. Not one. I finally got ahold of Ryan and he tells me they’re sending my car back to me, that it’s been repainted & they didn’t want it. Okay. I didn’t know that. Couldn’t they have communicated that with me? We negotiated a new price & continue with the deal & I send more money, a lot more money. I remind Ryan of the center caps to exchange before they ship their car. Ryan takes a video walkthrough of the car & states that NOTHING is wrong with their car, no scratches anywhere. He mentions again how it’s museum quality. After three weeks, my new car still hadn’t arrived. No responses from a Ryan when I repeatedly called to see why they had not shipped the car. No response, until the day they shipped it and Ryan left a message that it had shipped and was $200 extra to ship because they hadn’t been able to find someone to ship it and waiting had increased the cost. Guess who he expected to pay? Yep, me. Car arrived. Beautiful but w/ that big scratch and the paint pealing center caps. I called Ryan & left multiple messages until I got him & was told they wouldn’t pick up the extra shipping cost & that I had the report on the scratch. Wrong. Remember, I never got a copy of the inspection from their recommendation (again my mistake). Told Ryan at that point, I would do what I am doing now & write a review. Ryan could have agreed they should have communicated about shipping costs & disclosed the VERY large scratch that made it NOT “museum quality.” But no, nothing. Here’s where I REALLY get upset. This dealership & their “salesman” decide to NOT send the Title. Hence I can’t get my car registered for TWO months!!!! I have a car that I can’t drive. The DMV tells me, until I have a Title, no tabs. I call Judith repeatedly. She tells me that she’ll get back to me that day & she never returned a call. Ryan didn’t return one call when they were holding my title. I believe they held the Title because I told Ryan I was going to write this review. Finally, received Title. Got tabs. Love my car & never have to deal with them again. EVER. Less

Excited to get the charger, when it arrived Thursday night was not comparable to Tesla. Contacted the business to let them know because at this point I could not drive the car. I was told a Tesla charger (every Tesla comes with a charger) would be mailed to me in a very rude way. Then Saturday comes I was told I would not receive a charger anymore. The owner even sent me a picture showing the charger and saying " look at the charger you won't be receiving" Who does that? Pretends will mail u a charger, creates a label then cancels the label??? Any other business would want to help solve the problems. If I knew I would not get a charger I definitely would not have bought from there. There are NO chargers close to my house. Who sends home a lady without a charger knowing I drive about 100 miles a day and depends on the charger to go to work. I really don't know why someone would do that! Worst place I have ever dealt with. Even contacted better business bureau. You better STAY AWAY from them. Give your business to someone you can trust if something goes with your car. I went to a nearby Porsche shop, had to pay over $2000 to fix it, and the warranty did not cover it! This was just a week after buying it! I called Private Collection to see if they would help fix the situation and they refused to help in any way, claiming a failed transmission barely a week after buying is normal wear and tear. Let this be a warning to all that this place is super shady, and in my opinion, a scam dealer. Any reputable dealer would at least pay for half a repair like this when a car has a major failure only a week after buying it. Unfortunately there is a lady working there were very rude and talked to me like I’m coming to steal the car, I was trying to explain the car is over price regarding the year and Kelly blue book and she was arguing and giving me attitude. Having bought cars in many countries as well as throughout the US, I know buying a vehicle is never easy. Finding the right car, weighing options, facing constant uncertainty about whether the vehicle is in good shape, and finally, the whole price negotiating aspect where dealers more often than not use guarded word play and slight misdirection. It can be stressful and full of disappointments, no doubt... Private Collection is NOTHING like this. Honest, professional, and courteous staff who will go above and beyond to make it a pleasant and hassle free process for the customer. I live in Atlanta and bought a Porsche C4S without even seeing the car in person!! Contacted Private Collection Motors via phone and email, and got an immediate answer from Kam. He offered for me to fly out and pick me up, however I had a busy work schedule that week and could not make it. Kam remained very responsive to all my inquiries over the next couple of days, answering my text messages literally within 10 minutes every time. He walked me around the car, gave me all the details as far as previous maintenance, and took it to a nearby Porsche specialist for a PPI. So far, more than I have ever experienced in years of buying cars, let alone, when not being able to inspect it in person. Based on this I made a realistic offer and it was a done deal - no BS salesman strategies, no games of back and forth...just simple and straight forward without pushy, nonsense arguments to why the price should be higher. Kam sent me an UPS overnight with all the paperwork to sign with a return slip. Every single paper was labelled and the parts I needed to sign were highlighted. Great stuff!!! When my bank screwed up big time the next day...and Kam did not get his money for another week - No problem either! Even took his time to go on several conference calls with myself and the bank to figure it all out... The funds finally made it there and I had to get the car back to Atlanta. Once again Kam told me not to worry about shipping and that he would organized everything for me...and while I had gotten some quotes myself, my cheapest one was 200 USD more than his. Also, most shippers will required 48hrs to pick up the car..with Kam's guy, the vehicle was up on a truck the very same day and on its way to Atlanta. WOW!! The guy keeps outdoing himself!! Car got here safe and sound in 5 days (basically 3 days before the actual date that was scheduled). Finally at home, and ready to register, I needed an additional piece of paperwork from Private Collection otherwise Georgia DMV could not title the car. Kam did another overnight and next days I had plates on the car. He texted all throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase once I got to drive the car. Car is excellent...have not gotten to drive it much unfortunately, but took it out for a short 100 mile cross country ride. Could not be happier!! Once it is time to buy another vehicle, Private Collection Motors is definitely the first and only place I will be looking at. In this life full of little drams, Kam and his team really keep things into proportion and provide a personalized service that is unique, rare, and very special!! I would recommend them to anyone!!
