Magic Home Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning a huge mess after some pipes burst. Mike and Alex were in constant communication every step of the way. Chris and the site crew cleaned, packed and stored salvageable items. The removal of damaged materials was quick and efficient. Everyone was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. They made a very difficult situation much easier for me. I HIGHLY recommend them.

AMAZING! We hired Michael and team for asbestos tile removal and flooring install in the basement. Michael and his licensed teams (asbestos removal, air test, flooring install) were professional and such a pleasure to work with. Michael was on time for his estimate appointment, answered all my questions, gave thorough details of all work on the written estimate, and even put job start date on my contract! Michael stayed in touch with me throughout the entire job, even proactively following up with me with arrival times of each team. My husband and I have hired other companies for other home repairs; Michael and team were by far the most professional! Everyone was on time and thorough. They all went the distance on their part of the job and also answered my questions. The asbestos team ensured the area was sealed properly for asbestos removal (my husband and I saw their set up before we left the house). I also had a surprise and bonus, the head of the flooring team came by before the floor install to see the area so he knew how to prep the space, and he told me exactly what he would do, which was consistent with what Michael had stated on my estimate. The flooring team effectively set up tarps and plastic sheeting for dust/work debris containment (there was no dust in the rest of the house!), the install of the new floor looks great, and they ensured the flooring was to my satisfaction before cleaning up and leaving. Overall (I'm a teacher) I give this company an A+ and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home restoration done right.

We called Magic after finding mold on our kitchen ceiling and in our attic while remodeling the kitchen. They were one of three companies that we called and they spent the least amount of time in our home during the estimate. Originally this made me uneasy but I spoke with Mike on the phone and via text and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. Magic was the only company that sent us a full itemized breakdown with the estimate, also including the cost for the reconstruction. The other two companies didn’t want to give a reconstruction cost until after the removal was complete but that made it hard to know if we could actually afford their work. Of the three estimates we received, one was very expensive and then Magic and the third company were around the same price except the third company only gave a rough guess for the reconstruction work and would not have contractors available for potentially weeks to months. We went with Magic because of the price and that they would have contractors ready immediately after the mold removal.Four stars instead of five because when the removal started on the first day, one worker was putting up the plastic tarps to contain the area but the other two workers started taking down the insulation with the mold from the attic before the tarps were up. My husband and dog started sneezing during this process. When reconstruction started, the workers who put up the new drywall and did the first half of the taping process were not as careful as I would have hoped. They did not cover our fridge which was the only thing in the kitchen and it had joint compound and handprints all over it. They also knocked the alarm sensor off our side door and it must have gotten thrown out in the clean up.Overall we were satisfied with the work, especially with the short time frame it was completed in. We would use Magic again.

Mike and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We had a puff back and Mike was attentive and fielded all of my calls and questions. His crew was prompt , professional, and efficient. They were able to get to me right away. I even had an issue with my hardwood floors (not their fault) and they came back another time to ensure that the issue was that the floor needed to be replaced as a whole and not that they missed anything (they didn’t, because I work from home so I was witness to their hard work). I would recommend Magic Restoration to anyone in a time of need. They truly make a stressful, confusing situation much easier. I appreciated their experience and professionalism in my time of need.

Would highly recommend. Very professional and courteous. I did some construction in the backyard and had some decking boards. I sent them a picture unfortunately it was right after it had snowed, they gave me a quote and when they came they told me that they really were not able to see everything because of the snow. They handled the situation very professionally and we agreed on a piece which was a little more than what I was quoted but I was very happy with the service and their professionalism.

I recently had a pipe break in my attic.In sheer panic I called my plumber that we have used in the past and he came and fixed the pipe. The damage had been done already though. Luckily my plumber recommended magic home restoration.I checked them out on Google and their reviews were stellar.I called and mike(the owner) immediately answered the phone.He was friendly and answered all my questions.The team, Edward and Joe responded immediately!Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me calm through the whole process.They brought in large machines, and removed all wet materials.In the end they took care of everything promptly, handled my contents with care, and left my home neat and cleanI could not be more happy with Magic home restorationI am thankful for them and would highly recommend them
