The website said they do help remove earwax, and so I came in. The only problem was that they did not remove my earwax, and I left the office with my ear still ringing and full of earwax. The only thing they removed was $40 from my pocket. The audiologist claimed there was no earwax remaining. However, yesterday I had an appointment with an ENT (Ear nose throat specialist), and he removed about a pencil eraser-and-a-half of earwax was that I visibly saw...either my ear was so plugged up that the audiologist could not see anything (and thus thought she removed the earwax), or, according to the ENT, my ear canals are facing upward, and she was not looking at the right angle. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because: Receptionist (Courtney) was very nice , and got me in on the same day; Audiologist (Hannah) genuinely was trying to help me, and it did seem like she cared. Less
