I left a review describing my experience, and the owner took the time to reach out and refund me, asked me if there was anything else could be done to make it right. You can really tell Stephanie, Matt and their crew put an immense amount of love and hard work into every detail of the cafe! Such a gem for our area. And still to this day, I have not had a better scone anywhere!! The raspberry white chocolate scones are truly one of a kind and the coffee is always fabulous. 100/10 would recommend. Less

Matt and his crew are fantastic! Outstanding customer service. Fresh made food, pastries and drinks. We had my mom's birthday party there last year. He catered, cooked and served the entire thing. This is beyond coffee.. it's an experience. Thank you Matt and the Ultralife crew for providing our little coastal town a wonderful place to have coffee, meet with friends and be outside of the "cookie cutter" coffee shop. - Was very excited to get the hipster bagel. It looks delicious. After waiting an hour, I gave up and got a refund since I hadn’t gotten my food yet. Staff was not very polite in regard to them being behind. Even and I’m sorry we’re running behind, precious would’ve been nice. + Did get the Pacific Northwest fog which was very good. Less
