We didn’t have an agent and asked him to represent us, as we were determined not to leave Tampa without buying a house. He told us about some other properties that fit our needs/wants and we toured them as he wanted us to be sure of our decision. The next day he was able to arrange a second showing of the first house and we put in an offer. After some back and forth with the sellers (which he kept us fully informed about) we were able to come to an agreement, and we got the house!
