Came here two days ago. Loved every part of the workout--from the kind introduction, the family-community, and attention to details throughout the workout. If I lived in Chico, this would be my home gym. 10/10 would recommend.

Ryan and the coaching staff are top notch in the fitness world. Not only are they knowledgeable about CrossFit and movements of the body, they are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable upon walking thru the door. If you are thinking about trying something new, drop in to this gym! I can’t wait to come back to visit.

This gym is so well equipped , clean, and huge. The community and coaches are awesome and welcoming. I travel all over California and Nevada and visit a lot of boxes. This is one of the best. A thoroughly modern gym that has that old CF spirit. I highly recommend. 5 stars.

I love the workouts and the friendly atmosphere. The trainers are awesome and the gym is well equipped and clean. I highly recommend North Rim CrossFit.

I love this place! They are clean, professional and personable. I've had the pleasure of working with a variety of their trainers who are all lovely people! My favorite part is their approach to training. The trainers take the time to teach you the moves, encourage you to modify workouts for your body and make sure you're being safe. There's a true sense of camaraderie within the classes and the right level of friendly competition and support. I am seeing wonderful improvements in my strength and abilities as well as my in my physique. My husband has joined in the fun and he's loving the experience as much as I am!💪🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️😊💗

I was traveling in the Chico area and dropped in. Ryan was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. He checked in with me multiple times. The others in the class were just as awesome. The gym is clean and huge! I'm not a typical CrossFitter and am incredibly intimidated, but I felt right at home!! I would highly recommend this gym!!

I lived in chico for 5 months on a travel health care contract. I had never experienced crossfit before, but have lifted weights from a very young age. I have never been apart of a gym that felt like a family that encouraged and pushed each other like north rim crossfit. The workouts are always top notch and pushed me like no other. The coaches are amazing, and the members are as well. I would highly recommend!

I had never done cross fit and started here in recommendation of a friend. I have taken 5 classes so far and have been very impressed with the coaching I received in every one. Feeling safe and supported in every class is important to me as I don't want to injure myself. I have never lifted weights before and the coaches have been so patient with my lack of coordination! I am looking forward to watching my body get stronger and excited to see the changes it will make in my running. Thank you, North Rim!

Second time dropping in here. I travel a lot and have dropped in to a lot of boxes. This is a top-notch facility with excellent coaching, and an all-around great vibe.
