Brilliant community vibe to this gym. Im considerably older than most of the gym goers but the coaches always help me to adjust, and scale so I can do almost all of the movements.Has been great for my mobility.

Last night I completed a functional fitness session under the watchful eye of new trainer Ebony….and although the session was quite hard and it was very hot, she was very kind and friendly and certainly knew her stuff. She kept us motivated and moving correctly. Ebony is a wonderful additional to the training staff at Magnus. Looking forward to next Thursday.

Brad’s coaching has helped me improve my workouts by providing clear guidance and personalised adjustments to ensure my physical quirks are not pushed beyond my limits (which changes from session to session).Brad pays close attention to my form and progress, which has made a noticeable difference in my strength and endurance. The workouts at Magnus Functional Fitness feel challenging but manageable, and Brad’s support keeps me motivated to push myself safely.The 0630 crew are always very supportive of each other. Today they all helped me finish my last set of sit ups with their encouraging cheers.

The sessions are fun and scalable depending on your level of fitness. The coaches are great. I just have to show up and the rest is taken care of! Including the kids being entertained while I do a class.

I have been training at Magnus Functional Fitness for the last 4 months. In this short time, the people and coaching staff are like family to me. I have never felt so at home at a gym and I have been training all my life. I did one trial class and have been going 6 days a week ever since!The coaches are able to cater to everyone’s personal fitness levels and abilities, as well as being able to work with my current injuries. They always make sure I get the most I can out of the sessions and push me to do better every week.I cannot recommend Magnus highly enough. Come on down, join the family and see for yourself!
