Explains clearly and concisely what each exercise/ movement is supposed to feel like and what we’re trying to achieve with it so it doesn’t feel aimlessly repetitive, and so you don’t injure yourself doing the exercise the wrong way. Highly recommend Arthur as a personal training coach.I did not have any intention to start working out at all, until I met Arthur during a roadshow in my company.I decided to give it a shot and try to work out and improve my lifestyle. Arthur started off by understanding my goals, preferences and he taught me more on concept and how to feel my own body, rather than just pushing me through reps blindly.After 3 months training with Arthur, I lost 5 kg without losing any of my muscle mass, all weight loss was due to fat loss, which proves that the routine that I have been doing is very useful.Even though when I'm doing my workout alone, I am able to confidently do it myself because Arthur has taught me how to do it in a safe condition. He also taught me how to arrange my workout and his thoughts behind planning my workout.Overall very fortunate to meet Arthur and he has enabled me to start a more healthy lifestyle. Less

When I first started training with Yung, my goal was to strengthen my knees (I always had knee pain when climbing stairs or doing lunges) and to lose weight and fat. Fast forward to today—my weight and fat levels have been steadily decreasing, my lean muscle mass is increasing, and best of all, I no longer experience knee pain.Yung is incredibly supportive and understanding of my lifestyle, customizing workout plans to align with my goals. Our trainer is Coach Rajes. We are very happy with him. He has excellent subject content that helps motivate the client by understanding the various exercise routines. At the same time, he has great people skills and is sensitive to the clients health issues in terms of the exercises. He is also able to be flexible with schedules of the client and most importantly he is passionate about his role as a coach and is ambitious which is good. Less

I had an amazing experience with Coach Ying Jie during our three-day training sessions! The sessions were not only fun but also incredibly effective in helping me identify my weaknesses and giving me a clear direction on how to improve. I especially loved the focus on perfecting my form for squats, deadlifts, and bench press—it made a huge difference!The flow of the sessions was smooth, and Coach Ying Jie answered all my questions with patience and expertise. What stood out to me the most was how personalized and motivating the training felt. I’m already feeling more confident about my fitness journey and excited to incorporate the new techniques and habits I’ve learned.Moving forward, I’m looking to focus more on consistency with my form and exploring alternative exercises to keep my workouts fresh. I am 56 years old and have been running for 5 years. I was doing quite well and can do pace 5:40/km for 10km easily and finishes half marathon at 2:15hrs. The 4th year had become challenge that I could not keep up my previous pace anymore. So I considered to do strength training. I met Elvis who is my training coach, he is enthusiastic and always listens to my goal and with my age, he understands how to approach and designs the right strength training for me. I have done training with him for 4 months, I can see my improvement on my running, my legs are stronger and can go further. I do not expect to run at same pace like 4 years ago but I aim to run longer with pleasure. I just finished Route68 - 30km ultra marathon and finished with 8th place of senior veteran. I was so happy because I didn't feel tired and my legs are still strong. My recovery was very fast too. Thank you Elvis for helping me to reach my 1st barrier. I strongly recommend all seniors to do strength training, the coach can help and design your training to suit your ability. I, myself never in my life that I can do hexbar deadlift 70kg at age 56. You ll be surprised of your capability. Be strong, be healthy, no one can take this away from you and no one can give to you except you got to go for it on your own. I’ve had several PT experience from other commercial gyms previously but training with Coach Jack Chen has been completely a game changing for me. He takes the extra mile to guide, explain and ensure that I really understand the process and reasons for each workout while providing support for me to push and perform better each session. His engagement with me has been very consistent whereby not only he checks on me during the PT session but also post session, just to see how I feel after the training or if I have any feedback and even questions with regards to my food selection, which I really appreciate.He has also thought me to set my mind and way of thinking right - that fitness, workout and nutrition is not about achieving perfection, but rather, a journey of consistency and sustainable decisions that ultimately become part of a lifestyle. This definitely helped with my love-hate relationship with workout and food and Im proud to say that now I have better self control and able to make better decisions when it comes to what I consume.Since joining MOVE, I know for a fact that I have become much more stronger and able to lift weights a lot heavier (from what I thought to be my max). Thanks coach Jack, you have definitely helped me to explore my potentials and I definitely look forward to more training sessions with you. Less
