Before joining MOVE, my confidence was plummeting downhill & I was very unhappy with how I looked. After much contemplating, I decided to ring the number at MOVE & I got connected with Ammar and my life changed 360. As I had zero experience, Ammar guided me step by step on how I can make this a lifelong journey and not giving up halfway. With his professional advices, my life changed for the better. After joining MOVE, people around me told me that I am happier and more positive. What makes me the happiest now is not how my outlook have changed but I'm taking charge of my lifestyle at my own free will. I’ve started working with coach Ikmal on my fitness journey since the 3rd of July and am exceptionally pleased with the progress so far. We started with the Live More Kickstarter (LMK) programme and eventually progressed to a 10-session package, which I’ve since renewed once to last me until mid December 2024. Coach Ikmal has a sports science diploma and degree which translates to his ability to structure tailor-made programmes backed by science which are based on an individual’s unique physiology and body anatomy - strengths, weaknesses, limitations and all. He’s able to provide insightful feedback on theories, approaches and methodologies within the area of fitness, strength training, nutrition, sleep and overall wellbeing while also providing an unbiased perspective on these aspects - typically fitness gurus, influencers and thought leaders may have a hidden agenda which is not the case with coach Ikmal. His balanced approach to push me during our sessions while also reminding me to listen to my body, external stress factors, quality of sleep when gauging if we need to dial things up or down, shows that he is an active listener who is willing to adjust my programme and intensity of workouts, given the need. Coach Ikmal is also great at asking for feedback and openly asks me if there’s anything that needs to be changed if needed. It also helps that he has a great personality and picks his moments to have conversations which entail our lives outside of simply working out. It’s been a great journey partnering with him on my fitness journey and looking forward to continue that as I progress during the months ahead. Less

Highly Recommended! I train with Ravi who has been exceptional in helping me towards my goals to lose weight, tone up and improve my overall fitness levels. At 58 and out of shape I signed up for 3 x weekly sessions and currently on week 9 of 12, still a way to go but so far the results have been amazing, my over all fitness levels have improved, and I have lost 9 Kilos along the way. I cannot praise enough MOVE Private Fitness, and already decided I will be confirming my next 12 week programme and continue my Journey! 100% recommended... Less

Been training at Move Bukit Jalil for almost 2 years, and the experience continues to be a truly rewarding one. I used to find strength training intimidating, but Move has made the learning process comfortable with its friendly coaches and private atmosphere. The gym is also well-equipped and very clean. What I really appreciate about their approach is that they’re goal-focused and adopts a sustainable and holistic view which incorporates my lifestyle rather than pressuring me on just weight loss and appearance. My coach, Kyle is always careful to take into account old and new injuries and weak areas, continuously tailoring my program so that I’m still progressively working towards my goals without over-straining myself. Despite his young age, he is knowledgeable and mature, and he’s able to balance pushing me to challenge my limits while keeping things fun and motivating. With his guidance and encouragement, I’ve managed to perform my first pull-up! I have developed better core strength and posture overall, and the side effect of achieving my milestones is a slightly more defined figure, which I’m very happy about :) highly recommend Move and Coach Kyle! Definitely one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Less
