I started strength training with Joseph in August, focusing solely on building strength. Progress has been far faster than I expected, especially weight progression. This is especially reflected in my yoga practice where I can access and hold poses that require more upper body strength for longer periods. Joseph is incredibly accommodating, tailoring workouts to match my current strength and abilities—even helping me continue training effectively while recovering from a leg injury. What stands out most is his approach to seamlessly integrating strength training into my lifestyle with minimal changes, just 1-2 sessions per week. The variety in workouts keeps every session enjoyable, making it something I genuinely look forward to! Less

My fitness level has significantly increased since I started training with Joseph. He is very committed to giving his clients the best and would go the extra mile to learn and understand his clients’ needs. I no longer dread going to the gym because Joseph lets me train at my own pace, with gradual challenges. I find myself able to complete leg raises, and progressively lift heavier weights. Less

I tried out Move kickstarter program (3 x 1:1 sessions over 10 days) to determine whether PT was my thing. I was matched with Jamie and I’m really glad to have her as my first ever PT! I had a lot of hesitation about doing this and generally unfamiliar with gym equipment but Jamie was very accommodating and helpful throughout. She was incredibly encouraging too, even with progress on lifestyle (eg nutrition, sleeping hours). In terms of facility and location, Move is very convenient to come by MRT (at least the case for Damansara Heights and soon TTDI). Coaches are friendly and in general, everyone mind their own business in the gym which I appreciate and a reason that I decided to go with them. Overall, very satisfied with my experience at Move. If I sign on for the full program (only drawback is cost), I’ll definitely request to work with Jamie again. Less

I’ve been training with Joseph for 3 months now, and I could see why it is important to choose an empathetic and knowledgeable coach to work with in my PT journey. Started off as someone who is not confident with how strong I can be, I am now able to lift heavier progressively and my core strength has improved a lot. I no longer go out-of-breath so easily, and I have better stamina and mental clarity to go about my daily life. Training with Joseph has also taught me how to be more accountable for what I eat on a daily basis and the changes I can make in order to be a healthier person. Less

I feel much stronger and have learned alot through training with Coach Azrai! His attention to detail and making sure I'm using the correct muscles have helped me expand from my previous knowledge and experience with PTs. He's helped me achieve a 70kg deadlift, feeling good and looking forward to more! Less

In preparation for my solo dance recital I had started my training sessions with Jack to help my body prepare for what would be a difficult journey given that I’m a mother of three and the body isn’t the same after childbirth. Jack is a patient ,understanding and detailed trainer who is hands on and is constantly teaching me methods to help ease my muscle aches and pains due to dancing. Seeing how his training helped me to strengthen my core and muscles I had roped in my two young boys to join his training sessions as well. Till today, even though we don’t get as much time to train with him like before, he still finds the time to check on my boys and myself if we are doing fine. Jack is a very disciplined and knowledgeable trainer who will surely assist you in reaching your goals. Less
