Before joining the MOVE program, I wasn’t someone who enjoyed exercising. After years of trying to lose weight through dieting, it became clear that this approach wasn’t suitable for me. So, I made up my mind to lose weight through proper exercise, which led me to join MOVE.
At the beginning of the program, I had a conversation with Coach Fyfa, and realized that my physical condition was quite poor. Years of not being active had left my body stiff, and I had noticeable issues like a slouched posture and hunchback. I’m truly grateful to Fyfa for helping me identify these problems and, over the past few months, helping me build muscle, lose weight, and improve my posture. I feel much more confident now than I did before.
In addition, I’ve learned proper exercise techniques and how to apply them. I also took this opportunity to fix my unhealthy routines. Such as learning how important of sleep, manage stress and take care of nutrition.
Other than that, after working out, I always feel more relaxed and happy, which has been incredibly rewarding.

Great facility and trainer. I have trained with Mr Ammar.. he is a good instructor to assist me to achieve my goal.
Previously i having a back pain, but after 2 month of program, i feel more comfortable, reduce my back pain and having enough energy without feel sleepy after lunch hour.
I also lose one size from XL to L and my waist from 38 to 36. I also learn to how to enjoying my meal and aware on the impact of calories intake.
They custom the program according to my need

I have been going to MOVE fitness with my friend Susie for 3 months . The gym is clean and our personal trainer Hao is very friendly and approachable. His knowledge and professionalism makes every training session worthwhile. I feel stronger now and I am more aware of my postures . The strength training past three months also make some of my more challenging Pilate classes more doable . I am very happy with my PT Hao and would recommend anyone who wish to start strength training to come to MOVE and start getting stronger with Hao 😊.

I had only basic awareness of how to choose healthy nutritional options and didn’t follow a set meal schedule, which often left my energy levels fluctuating throughout the day. I also didn’t track my alcohol consumption - both the volume and frequency - which impacted my overall health. I was completely oblivious to the importance of improving or even monitoring my sleep quality. Coach Sufi helped me address all of these areas with practical, tailored strategies, and within weeks I could see incremental transformation.
Through a thorough gap analysis of my previous lifestyle, Coach Sufi pinpointed critical areas that needed immediate attention and improvement. Over the past three months, I’ve experienced exponential improvements in both my energy levels and my confidence in the gym. I now feel equipped with the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently perform exercises that align with my health goals. While I recognize there’s still plenty of room for growth, the journey is far from over, and I’m excited to continue progressing with Coach Sufi’s unwavering support.

I was looking for a gym to get back into fitness after doctors had concerns about my blood sugar in mid-2024, as well as improve stability and strength after my first half marathon.
My assigned coach was Hung Yang. From the start I appreciated that he wasn't just prescribing a series of workouts for me to follow - the workouts were intentional, and he has a good balance of pushing me to go further but also not expecting me to 'perform' or hit targets if I really can't do it. He also comes across as genuine, not pushing products or programs which I appreciate.
The nutrition/lifestyle advice, though not new since I've already learned it from previous gyms, was realistic and took life into account. No calorie counting or strict portions, just principles.
If I could afford it, I wouldn't mind extending my PT sessions at MOVE again. Will recommend as a form of investment in health and strength.
