Been training at Move Bukit Jalil for almost 2 years, and the experience continues to be a truly rewarding one. I used to find strength training intimidating, but Move has made the learning process comfortable with its friendly coaches and private atmosphere. The gym is also well-equipped and very clean. What I really appreciate about their approach is that they’re goal-focused and adopts a sustainable and holistic view which incorporates my lifestyle rather than pressuring me on just weight loss and appearance. My coach, Kyle is always careful to take into account old and new injuries and weak areas, continuously tailoring my program so that I’m still progressively working towards my goals without over-straining myself. Despite his young age, he is knowledgeable and mature, and he’s able to balance pushing me to challenge my limits while keeping things fun and motivating. With his guidance and encouragement, I’ve managed to perform my first pull-up! I have developed better core strength and posture overall, and the side effect of achieving my milestones is a slightly more defined figure, which I’m very happy about :) highly recommend Move and Coach Kyle! Definitely one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Less

Highly recommended personal training centre. Coach Kyle is an amazing coach who cares for his clients' progress in making better lifestyle and health choices. His knowledge of fitness is invaluable especially for those who are starting out. I love the fact that the coach has pushed me consistently in achieving weight targets that I never knew that I could personally achieve in a safe environment. The programs are tailor made based on our goals and challenging enough to keep us motivated. The location is strategic and the facilities are well maintained / clean. Love the interactions with the other friendly coaches and clients during our sessions as well. If you are considering getting into a fitness regime but not comfortable with the usual fitness centres, do consider giving Move a try! Less

His decade of sports expertise, competitions wins, and understanding of physio marries well on the knowledge of active sports with rehab. He have the ability of curating unique programme to fit your personal strength. 6 months now, my progress in cardio sports till food nutrition knowledge have elevated. Slacking in exercise previously to now autonomous daily habit is something cannot be trained, but a strong influence from his persistence & resilience wins that inspire you to always be the best! I was concerned about my aging father’s sedentary lifestyle and have been trying to look up for activities to keep him physically and mentally healthy. I noticed that sometimes he tends to trip over his own feet especially during long walks which could be a sign of muscular weakness. 3 months now into the program at MOVE Private Fitness Kota Laksamana Melaka under coach Nathan Koh, we can see the improvement in my dad’s physical movement, solid steps in walking, going up and down the stairs and even crossing open drains. I’m glad that he is enjoying and liking the sessions with Nathan, never have I thought that my 76 years old dad could be convinced to go to gym for the first time in his life and what more to drive himself there to meet up Nathan twice weekly! I highly recommend MOVE to anyone that share the same concern as myself, where we believe that we share an equal responsibility on our loved one’s health that we must do everything that we can imagine to take care of them and ensure that they live out their golden years with dignity. started my first class on September 13th and signed up for 10 sessions with my personal trainer, Saree, to prepare for my upcoming climb at 4k altitude mount. My last class is on October 4th, right before the climb. I wasn’t fully prepared for the challenge, so I knew I needed professional guidance to create an effective, time-efficient training plan that fit into my busy work schedule. What I really appreciated about this gym is their flexibility—they’re willing to accommodate early morning sessions, even at 6 AM, which is perfect for busy office people like me. Saree, my personal trainer, has been incredible. She’s patient and doesn’t push me too hard, yet I’ve noticed significant improvement in my strength within a short time without feeling overwhelmed. That balance has kept me motivated to keep coming back. In addition to personalized training, Saree also provided helpful advice on my diet. In the past, it took me a while to recover from workouts, but following her recommendations, I’ve found that I’m recovering much faster now. Thank you K.Saree ! ✌🏻 Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a more relax and private space to work out. It’s not overwhelming like some larger gyms, which makes the experience more comfortable. Great place, great trainer! Less
