Coach Fyfa is very accommodating to my needs. She is flexible and very passionate about guiding me on my physical training journey. Her approach has motivated me to be more consistent and compliant with my physical exercise. Before I met Coach Fyfa, I always felt exhausted at the end of the day. My sleep was poor, and I felt sleepy even though I had 7 hours of sleep. I lacked motivation to exercise and gained weight despite reducing my calorie intake. I have learned proper and safe techniques, especially when it comes to strength exercises. My body composition has improved, and my overall well-being has also improved. I realized how important it is to perform strength exercises in addition to cardio exercises in order to stay mobile and healthy in the future. It has truly transformed my health, and I feel it has reversed my biological age to a younger version. I would advise others, especially healthy individuals, to keep doing physical exercise, incorporating both cardio and strength exercises. They can start small but remain consistent, gradually increasing frequency and intensity over time. I would also advise them to eat a balanced, healthy diet. Less

I recently joined Move Fitness Studio in Ampang Park, and I was hoping to lose some weight and belly fat. I must say I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was totally worth it. The trainers are very patient and helpful, and they're with you every step of the way. The best thing is that whatever your physical fitness level, they will teach you how to improve from that level to the next level. I highly recommend Move fitness studio, even for someone who has a busy lifestyle. Thanks again, Chee Hao, for excellent support and guidance. Less

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support and guidance I receive from Coach Jack Chen. When I first started, I was completely new to fitness and never imagined I would join a class, let alone stick with it. But from the very beginning, he made the whole journey seamless. His patience have been truly remarkable, always encouraging me without ever making me feel overwhelmed. What stands out most is how he knows exactly how to push me – challenging me just enough to grow and improve every day, without ever crossing the line into frustration. His knowledge & experience in this field is admirable. He has many tips & stories to share for learning. He continously checks-in on us daily just to ensure we are doing great! Thanks to his thoughtful approach, I've not only become more active but have gained confidence in myself and my abilities. Jack Chen is an incredible coach who genuinely understands how to bring out the best in people. He’s extremely driven, and I love how he subtly sneaks in extra weight or makes the workout harder without you realizing it- until you’ve already done it! But what makes him stand out is his ability to push you just enough, never too far, but always enough to make you feel accomplished. As someone who’s been quite inactive, I’ve found most things in the gym challenging. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever enjoy it. But Jack has this way of encouraging you that builds confidence without feeling overwhelming. He celebrates every little win, and today, I was amazed at how much I was able to do- things I never thought I’d be capable of. My fitness journey is still a long one, but for the first time, I’m excited about the process rather than intimidated by it. Jack has completely shifted my perspective on fitness and the gym. It’s no longer a place I dread- it’s becoming a space where I see myself growing stronger. Thanks Jack! Less
