First time working with a personal trainer and I’m so glad I found Coach Joseph. He’s incredibly attentive, accommodating, and made me feel comfortable from the start. What really stood out is how sensitive he is to body language—he can tell when you’re tired or feeling muscle strain and adjusts the workout accordingly. He tailors every session to suit your fitness level and goals, and his encouragement really helped boost my confidence. The gym environment is welcoming and motivating. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis on both knees, have made me decided to engage a personal trainer at Move Private Fitness. This was my first time training with a personal trainer and Coach Chee Hao has made the experience exclusive to my goals and motivating, and also made me look forward to the weekly workout.He always listens and adjusts the training based on my feedback. This personalized approach together with his patience in providing guidance have helped me in learning the proper form and technique which I wouldn't have gained from just watching online videos. The environment at MOVE also plays a big part as it's supportive and encouraging. If you're thinking about improving your health but still unsure, honestly, just take the leap and do it. Starting my fitness journey felt intimidating and clueless at first, but working with Leonard at MOVE Fitness completely changed that.Leonard took the time to guide me through each exercise, ensuring I understood proper form to prevent injury. His knowledge and patience made a huge difference, and I quickly gained confidence in movements that once seemed overwhelming.More than just physical training, Leonard also motivated me to push myself while always being mindful of my limits. His consistent encouragement have kept me focused and excited to continue progressing.I'm truly grateful to have started my fitness journey with him. I am glad I have made my move to be fit - it's never too late and every baby steps matters! That aside, special shoutout to Vemal (aka Wei Shin) which guided me through a few sessions - even though I mainly trained with Leonard, but the few sessions with him added extra spice for my workout sessions and completing the same made me feel good and satisfied! I never feel judged -just focused on doing my things. Highly recommend to start your journey at MOVE fitness as the trainers are supportive and knowledgeable! Less

Great personal training gym with a strategic location as it is just next to the Semantan MRT station (3 mins walk). Trained here for 3 months twice a week with Coach Joseph. Started as a newbie to the gym, now I feel more confident to show up and lift weights on my own. Coach Joseph did a good job at curating our biweekly programs. Would recommend to anyone looking to start weightlifting! Less
