Started with Coach Mizan Nov 2024 at Publika and have seen positive results. Down about 2kgs but have lost 2 inches on the stomach and hips areas respectively. Energy level and strength has increased, when I travel and walk 13k or 14k I do not feel as tired as before at the end of the day. Big portion of trying to lose weight is definitely the food intake and nowadays I feel guilty to reach for the sweet things (Chagee, Llao Llao and cakes!), which is good! Its a long game but will continue definitely with a brief pause for Ramadhan. Less

At first hesistant but turns out as no regret enrolling personal trainer. My coach has been a great help improving my personal fitness and also my personal knee issue. Managed to reduce my weight naturally without skipping meals or cut down meals as well. The most important part is the process where I dont feel burden and gained more confidence phsyically and mentally as days goes by. Thank you Coach Haiqal. Less

It’s been a month since I have joined Move, and I’m glad I made the choice to restart my health journey post my back injury with Move. Coach Jack has been excellent in guiding me towards the right path in recovery and regaining my strength through very thoughtful sessions. Aside from my back, he spotted additional injuries and helped me improve my stability through rehab and activation exercises. I could not squat to save my life before I started, and now I could do several variations easily! In addition, he always catered to my energy levels, including my level of frustrations/stress from work and channelled them into my sessions to build my strength. His sessions were always above and beyond! For example, I had mentioned about not being able to complete a Pilates move, and he helped to show me some exercises to help me achieve it. Move and Coach Haiqal have been a huge help in hitting my goals. I really want to boost my strength and endurance. It all started with me searching for the right gym in KL, and I found Move. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the place. It's clean, spacious, and has all the right equipment. Plus, if you're into a less crowded vibe, this is definitely the spot for you. Coach Haiqal is super supportive. He makes sure I reach my targets in a way that feels right and comfortable. He’s really focused on teaching me how to exercise safely and patiently works with me on correcting my form and breathing. That’s crucial for making sure I’m using the right muscles. Moreover, he also helps me with things like staying hydrated and getting the right calorie intake. Training with him has been a blast. He’s fun to chat with and always takes the time to answer my questions. After a few months, I’m really feeling the positive changes from our sessions. I can’t believe how much stronger I am now at lifting heavy weights. Plus, my endurance has been significantly improved. I can walk longer and faster without losing my breath. I’m so thankful. I started my training with Coach Bil from MOVE at Publika about 6 months ago. I did not want to set the high bar for myself and simply want to improve my strength and fitness from my then current state. Coach Bil has been most patient with me and tailor-made training sessions that help me to achieve my goal. Coach Bil has help to believe that I can achieve a better result from my expect of myself. I first signed up for the 10 sessions package and has recently signed up for another 10 sessions. Thank you, Bil! Less
