The coaches are amazing; they know exactly how to push you and improve your movements without making it overwhelming. They are also great at accommodating injuries or mobility limitations. The gym culture is friendly, inclusive, and ultra-positive. My partner and I joined the gym upon moving to Oklahoma, where we knew no one, and quickly made great friends at the gym. I've never had so much fun going to the gym—or gotten fitter! Less

Wow, AMAZING BOX! Huge space, with tons of racks, weights, bikes and rowers, as well as a huge inventory of mobility accessories.They have a daycare, which is great for busy, working parents. I visited for a drop in class while I was in town, and I had the best experience.Coach Ty was awesome. The trainers here take great care in making sure the workouts are scaled to fit anyone's level of experience, and they do a great job making sure workout moves are performed with proper technique to minimize injury. I was visiting family and needed a place to train while in town, and Norman Strength & Conditioning was the perfect place. Josh, the owner, was super responsive to my email inquiry, and was so welcoming when we met in person. The space is huge, and they even have kilo plates for my lifting needs! I will definitely drop in again the next time I visit Norman and highly recommend the gym!... More

Most people think Crossfit is for young people but Josh and his staff make it available for all ages, I’m 71 and have been going to Norman Strength for months and even though I can’t attack the workout with the vigor I once could, Josh is great at providing alternatives to accommodate all skill levels. NSC is the best gym around, and the only one with an OLY specific class, that I know of. We have the best coaches too. Hands down. They give you great instructions and demonstrations of movements, as well as coaching to stay injury free.... More

I have been going to Norman Strength for several years. It is a great gym for all fitness levels and ages. I work one on one with Josh and he challenges me every session. He programs to my abilities. The classes are excellent and the coaches are top notch. They are attentive and coach as if you are their only client. Love every thing about this gym.... More

I was hesitant to give the group training a try at first just because I like doing my own thing, but am so glad I made the choice to join here. It’s one big family at Norman Strength and I have found that helps keep me accountable. Nobody cares how “fit” or “unfit” you are, they just care about helping you reach your goals. Less
