Where do I even begin? What I thought was the end for my dog turned out to be a new beginning.The universe led me to David and his family, and honestly, they turned out to be exactly what my family and my dog needed. Their training style is different. It’s the real deal.I had already been to two other trainers, and I constantly watched my dog struggle and fail. I have an American Bully, and I learned quickly that many trainers judged him because of his breed instead of taking the time to understand him.David was different. He put in the work to earn my dog’s trust, but more importantly, he taught me how to understand and balance my dog. This experience wasn’t just about training my dog, it was about teaching me how to guide him.But I’ll be honest: if you’re not willing to put in the work and stay committed to what your dog needs, David probably isn’t the trainer for you. He doesn’t just “fix” your dog for you. He teaches you what it takes to get it right and maintain it.I’m so grateful we found David and his family. What started as a situation I thought was hopeless turned into a fresh start for all of us.

When I adopted Lui, he was 2 years old, and he's been with me for the past 5 years. Lui is now 7 years old, and although I always knew he had a good heart, he came with a lot of behavioral challenges that I didn't have the knowledge or tools to properly help him.He was extremely overprotective of any space or person he was with. Walks were a struggle because he was stubborn and often refused to go farther than three blocks. He was unpredictable around other dogs and people. Sometimes he would ignore them, and other times he would bark, lunge, or try to jump at them. I couldn't bring him to family gatherings or BBQs because everyone was afraid of how he might react.At home, things weren't much easier. If I crated him when I left, he would bark nonstop, so I usually left him loose in the living room. Anytime someone rang the doorbell or someone came into the house, he would immediately bark uncontrollably and try to bite whoever walked through the door.After working with David, Maria, and their family, Lui has made an incredible transformation. It's been a little over two months since he came home, and the difference has been life changing.One of the biggest goals I had when I adopted Lui was to bring him to work with me, but before his training, that just wasn't possible. Now he comes with me almost every day. He loves his crate at work, stays calmly in his place, and has become a dog I can confidently take with me.He's also become part of our family gatherings without any issues. He's learned to coexist with my family, kids, and even strangers in a calm and controlled way. In the last two months, he's spent more time outside and experienced more of the world than he had during the entire five years he's been with me.Another huge improvement has been his health. Before training, Lui constantly struggled with yeast in his ears and paws. He shed excessively, every bath would leave enough hair to clog the drain and his nose was always dry.When we got him back, the first thing we did was give him a bath, and we were honestly shocked by how little hair came off of him. David changed his diet and gave us guidance on his nutrition and overall care, and the difference has been incredible.His gut health has improved, he no longer constantly scratches, he barely sheds, his ears and paws are as healthy as they've ever been, and his nose has regained its moisture. He's also lost some excess weight, which has made a noticeable difference in his walks. He walks with much more confidence and energy.We're continuing to keep up with everything David taught us, and while Lui is still Lui, a little stubborn and still throws a fit every now and then on walks. I now understand that it's my responsibility to continue guiding him and helping him succeed. He's still spoiled, but now it's with healthy boundaries instead of letting him do whatever he wants.One thing I'm especially grateful for is that David's support didn't end after the training. Even now, if I have questions about Lui's behavior or his health, I can reach out to him and he's always happy to help. It means so much knowing that he genuinely cares about Lui, even after the training was over.The biggest reward isn't just that Lui is better behaved. It's that I finally get to experience life with the dog I always knew he could be. I can take him to work, bring him around family and friends, and include him in moments that I never thought would be possible. Watching him enjoy life with confidence has been the greatest gift.I always believed Lui had it in him, he just needed someone who understood him and could show both of us the right path. David, Maria, and their family didn't just train my dog. They gave Lui a chance to truly enjoy life, and they gave me the opportunity to enjoy life with him. For that, I will always be thankful.

I had a great experience with David. I received daily photos, videos were always being posted on Instagram. You can tell that David and his family truly care about your dog and training them in the past way possible. I cannot recommend them enough!! It’s been about 8-9 months and my dog is still doing absolutely amazing and has kept up with his training.

Reached out to David to help me with my puppy that is 8 weeks especially since she is a pitbull/lab mix. Nylah was very fearful and anxious and had trouble walking out in public with humans. David and his family has been amazing with training Nylah and was very resourceful and always answered my questions. Was scared at first but was proud and happy with my choice. Thank you so much!

David is the best dog and human trainer (IYKYK). Maria and him made us comfortable throughout the process and constantly shared videos IG stories. This made us be a part of the entire journey.
