Selective checked all of the boxes for us. Wonderful to be able to match everything in the showroom - cabinets, tile, counter tops side by side. I selected Selective to do the siding and gutters on my home. I have attached a picture of the final product. The process was clear, efficient and fast. Joe Agate was the highlight of the experience. He is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. The cost is competitive. If I would note any cons it would be that some of the crew members need oversight from either Joe or the foreman at all times to ensure they are respecting the property and cleanliness of the workspace. Otherwise nothing but a positive experience with expected small snags here and there that were handled immediately and efficiently.
