After several estimates, I chose Selective Remodeling for my vinyl siding and gutter and roofing project. Joe Agate listened to what I wanted and had a great vision of what I needed to do. Joe offered suggestions, but had no pressure . Joe was on the work site every day and listened to any concerns or questions I had. On the app, every day you could see pictures and updates of what was going on. The workers came every day and worked from morning till dusk and completed my job on schedule . I selected Selective to do the siding and gutters on my home. I have attached a picture of the final product. The process was clear, efficient and fast. Joe Agate was the highlight of the experience. He is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. The cost is competitive. If I would note any cons it would be that some of the crew members need oversight from either Joe or the foreman at all times to ensure they are respecting the property and cleanliness of the workspace. Otherwise nothing but a positive experience with expected small snags here and there that were handled immediately and efficiently. What a wonderful and excellent experience I have received with Jog Agate and Samantha at Selective Remodeling. From the moment we entered the showroom we were given the red carpet treatment. Mom and I felt as if we were going to the Oscars, we certainly received the red carpet treatment. We learned so much as to how certain remodeling jobs are to be done the correct way and not through cutting corners. Joe Agate and his staff are meticulous from the moment materials and design are chosen for any remodeling job. We had new gutter system installed and Joe was present with his crew who did an excellent job. Materials all delivered on time, inspected before hand for any damages and/or imperfections. This job was done excellently with passion for the craft of remodeling, installation, and design. Joe's crew cleaned up everything we didn’t have to do a thing.
