We scheduled the crew for 2 days later and they knocked it out in short order with 2 crews, in addition to cleaning our palm trees up, they shaped/trimmed our magnolia, ground a couple of stumps and trimmed back a few other trees on the property. 24 mph on a 55 mph road with 10 cars piled behind these guys trucks and they would not pull over (which is the law) to let the traffic by. Totally rude and unprofessional. Less

Merry Christmas to us!! Thank you Gil , Rick and crew. On Saturday, 12/10/22 the rain and wind storm uprooted one of our 10 - 120 foot pine trees. It fell parallel within a few feet of our house and shop and we had 9 more on the verge of falling. We were lucky no one was killed. One call to Paradise Trees and Gil immediately surveyed our situation which was grim and that very day his crew started felling our trees. Every morning the crew arrived on time. Used them to remove 4 trees on our property including several on upper portion behind retaining walls. Other companies refused to grind the stumps but Paradise said they could grind them down. Raymond showed up with a crew of 4 when he said he would and got right to work. They started at 8:30 and by 9:30 the trees were down and chipped. By noon they had all stumps ground down, everything cleaned up, and even took out a few brushes when we asked. Very happy with their efforts and with the end result. Would absolutely use them again. We had them remove 2 trunks between the sidewalk and the curb. the area was filled with a spider web of large roots. After the job was finished, we found additional roots in the area. They not only returned and removed them but we had 3 large rocks in our front planter and they removed then and took them away. We are very happy with their personnel and their service. Less

I have a backyard full of queen palms to tall for me to trim. I've had other trimmers cut them in the past, but wasn't really impressed. Paradise came out and trimmed the same palms and they ended up looking like a million bucks. They did an outstanding job trimming them. Not only that, they were very good about cleaning up, and they avoided any significant damage to the underlying plants. Rick has good intentions, but leaving 6 guys for a couple of days without supervision was costly. First job, they pruned more aggressively than quoted, so I owed more money. Second chance, they failed to remove dead wood, ignored limbs (prune so I can pass underneath with riding mower), I have had dead wood blowing down all winter, landing on my vinyl fence in back. One limb is currently brushing the ground. New company working now, much better result. When I called to report a major missed limb, Rick sent someone by the next day to cut it, but he had no desire to haul it off. New guys will be removing it today. Not a happy experience, and I gave them two shots....if you have a small job, they might work out for you, but they were pricier. Sometimes paying more doesn't get more... Less

He visited the house to see the trees to bid on them. He interacted with the neighbors and the property manager to make everything go smoothly. He took care of the two trees of concern, then phoned with great (I mean GREAT) bids on the remaining needful trees in the yard, I could hardly say no, it was SUCH a great deal.
