Officially completed physical therapy today! Dr. Chris with Restore Muscle and Joint has been amazing to work with! After 2 years of a few MRIs, a CT scan, seeing a few different doctors, 2 rounds of PT before surgery, and finally getting shoulder surgery to clean up a bone spur and fix a tendon tear, to then going through my third time of PT that I just finished. Dr. Chris knew my goal was to get back to the gym, so he had me working on strengthening and stretching my shoulder, while also doing functional exercises this last couple of weeks until he was confident I would be ready. He also made sure I had home exercises to keep increasing range of motion in the areas that aren’t as strong yet. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who needs PT. It has been a long road of recovery and took 4 months of PT, but I finally feel like I’m in a good place and able to get back in the gym and get my shoulder stronger. I’ve been back in the gym a few times this last week, and so far so good (Pic on right from today at the gym). Less

Restore Muscle and Joint save me from months of being frustrated,depression and just feeling like all hope was gone. They worked out a plan for my situation and restored me back to my normal mobility. My 84 year old mom visited Restore in the Winter of 2023 and was sold a 10k non-refundable package for her “Neuropathy”. My mom has a lot of health problems, used a walker, and lived in a senior living facility. They had bus transportation at her place, so she did not tell us she was going to the appointment until after she had already bought the package. Around this same time we had noticed some things going on with her mentally, including some memory loss and confusion, so we were in the process of trying to figure out what was going on. She lives on a teachers pension, and my brother had put her on a budget, because she was barely getting by after her rent was raised. Needless to say, we were shocked that she did this because it was very unusual and out of character. After we learned, she spent money she did not have by using her credit card, I called Restore to ask for a refund. I was very cordial at first, and told them everything that was going on with her, including some memory issues and confusion. They refused to refund the entirety of the package, and she ended up paying about 7K when it was all said and done. Needless to say, she was very upset, and we were as well. In March of this year she was hospitalized and now she is in long-term care and on hospice. Previously to being hospitalized, her mental state was declining at a rapid pace, and it has only gotten worse since she’s been in long-term care. The owner of restore did not believe me when I told her about my mom’s health issues, and wanted proof from her doctor. Like I stated above, we were in the midst of trying to figure out what was happening because it happened so quickly. The owners and staff of restore are manipulating and scamming the elderly population. Even though my mom seemed “ok” when she visited Restore, she was not. She was dropped off in a bus from a senior living facility, using a walker, urinary catheter/leg bag, and was not capable of even tying her shoes, let alone doing a foot bath, and laser treatments on herself. They should be asking a little more questions before they send an elderly woman home with a bunch of equipment she won’t be able to use. If they would’ve refunded her money, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I’m still upset over this, because it threw my mom deeper into a mental decline and now she’s dying in long term care. Would it have been so difficult to refund this for her? No, it wouldn’t have. It was the right thing to do though, and the people at Restore don’t do the right thing. Less
