Sarah is an amazing coach to work with! She is very attentive, gives great ideas, and really works to meet you where you are and start moving you toward your goals. She always finds the positive and is wonderful for follow-up support and questions. She really gets it and always makes you feel important and like you absolutely will make changes and in a positive way. Highly recommend working with her!
