Since Dr. Una stopped seeing patients, the level of care at Ivy League Pediatrics has noticeably declined. Previously, appointments were efficient, and I would be in and out quickly. However, after Dr. Una’s departure, I once waited almost an hour to be seen, and that wasn’t even for a sick visit. Additionally, the attitude of the office staff has become unpleasant. When I try to express concerns about care, they are dismissive. As a parent, I expect the doctors and healthcare team to work collaboratively with me, but now it feels like they issue commands without consideration. After 11 years with Ivy League Pediatrics, it’s disheartening to see how the quality of care has changed." Less

I’ve been bringing my children here since they were a newborn. I never had any problems with the practice. They’re friendly and care about my little ones. Every one is respectful. I will continue to bring them here. Less

If you love wasting your time, energy and playing with your child health this is the place for you. The rude lady at the front desk can't never remember that you have an appointment and speak to you very unprofessional. My child was in the PICU, and it took two weeks just to get an appointment. They try to force you on another doctor because their patient ratio is not high enough. I wish I left earlier than I did. However, I love Dr. Stokes and how she actually cared for my daughter. That the best thing that come out that office. They even charge me for several visit I wasn't seen for. Just run for your life. I love our new doctor office, I definitely don't have these problems!!!
