The absolute worst billing department I have ever dealt with in a medical practice. I disputed a copay they charged for a Telehealth appointment that never occurred due to their faulty communications. The practice never acknowledged my dispute and then the provider dropped my child and a year later I received a bill for a last office visit we had. A few months back after receiving the bill I called and the person I spoke with took all my information and stated someone from the billing department would contact me. Now months later they do not call they submit something to their portal which constantly makes you reset your password. The customer service from the staff and billing department is horrible. They do not return phone calls, keep you on hold for forever. I went ahead and paid the last bill they stated I owed because I felt I was not going to get any resolution. Most medical practices tackle your copay at your appointment which is what I recommend for this office to do instead billing people months later. Less
