Poor customer service. My children was scheduled appointments on today and the reception lady gets up and tell me I can go to room 2 out of the window that you check in at. What happened to a Medical Assistant greeting you at the door and escorting you to your room? While they are all seating around at the front desk area holding Converses in groups. Just sad! Less
