I recently had surgery, and the day after, the pain was absolutely excruciating. Even with my whole abdomen extremely sore, I realized just how powerful the training Shay had given me truly was.In just a few months of working with her, Shay taught me simple but life-changing movements: how to properly use my legs and arms to get up, stand up, strengthen my grip, and do squats safely. Because of her coaching, I was able to move, sit, stand, and even go to the bathroom without straining my back or needing help from anyone, even while in a lot of pain.What Shay teaches is not just exercise, it’s real-life strength, mobility, and independence. Her coaching genuinely prepares your body for real situations.I’m incredibly grateful for Shay and for HIT It Fitness.
