I have continued to use Smith Brothers over the years. Whenever I reach out to them, I get a response the same day, but often within minutes. The last job they did, they came out to see the work on Saturday, and said they would be out next week; they were there first thing Monday, and that was in 95 degrees weather. The whole crew was very profesional. If there was an issue, they were quick to fix it. They got the work done cleaned up and left. They left the place looking spectacular.

Very happy with our project - Lien and her team are a pleasure to work with. Lien is creative and happy to make adjustments to stay on budget as well as share her expertise and recommendations. Lien designed full landscaping around our pool, garage, finished our deck, and aesthetically updated and functionally upgraded our culvert - big project and we were pleased every step of the way. Lien Smith and crew built us a spectacular backyard stone patio with a custom gazebo and fireplace. Lien is such an amazing designer- she looked at my initial design and pointed out the problems with it - her redesign was amazing. She also has great taste, her suggestions for color and type of stone are spot-on. The project was started and completed on time and Lien always returned calls and answered questions. We also used them to redesign our front planting beds and I totally trusted all of Lien’s picks for the plants- it’s gorgeous. Highly recommend.

I had a small but very difficult area in my back yard that needed help in the worst way. It used to have four huge pine trees. They were removed about 3 years ago. Finally, this was the year to make that weed infested area look awesome! I contacted Lein Smith at Smith Brothers. She came to the rescue and had wonderful suggestions for the area.Her crew had to work very hard when they discovered giant roots buried deep in the ground. I had no idea the roots were that bad! She shortened the original bed, and added sod! Beautiful flowering azaleas and lilac tree were planted in that space.Hydrangeas were planted in a new berm area. I would highly recommend using Smith Brothers for all your yard projects!

These guys are Rockstars! We had a very large oak tree crack in a recent storm and threaten to fall on our house. One company I contacted said they would need a lift and had to postpone coming for at least a week until the ground was dry enough. Since the matter was urgent, a friend recommended Smith Brothers. Lien arrived right away and was very professional and knowledgeable. Her estimate came in lower than the first company as well.Her team came first on Easter Sunday morning, because of the dire nature of the cracked tree. They were very careful and safety conscious. Their climber arborist tried initially but due to safety concerns had to abort that try and return the next day.By 8 am Monday morning, the crew had returned and spent around 7 hours carefully supporting the rappelling arborist climb a nearby 60-foot tree and, with a chainsaw, remove the damaged tree, piece by piece. It was incredible to watch!Lein stopped by a few times to communicate with her staff and with us. She was excellent to work with!They were careful with our property and cleaned up after themselves. Because they initially thought they would have to get a lift, they laid plywood over the grass. They left the chunks of Oak wood for us at our request and took care of everything they had agreed to do.I'm in awe of their skill and teamwork. Each person displayed professionalism and a good attitude, despite the chilly weather and holiday weekend.Lein and I discussed some other project ideas and I hope we can work together in the future!

Smith Brothers did an immaculate job installing a multi-level Trex composite deck and Unilock paver patio with a stairway. The City of Aurora approved the deck permit. After having trouble finding someone willing to take on our massive project, Lien and her team came up with beautiful 3-D renderings with a design no other company had come up with. She provided us with a catalog for picking out our materials, but we ended up going with her suggestions as she has an eye for what would look best with our property. The (essentially) 2-story deck looks like it can stand the test of time; we have no worries about the structure. But, the level of detail that went into the rails, the skirt, the borders is unmatched. The craftsmanship the crew put into it felt like they were building something they could (and should) take pride in. The deck leads to a patio they installed, where the same care was taken cutting out small little grooves for our utilities. They masterfully worked around an existing fence as they replaced a brick stairway on our sloped property. Almost half of our home is wrapped in their work. From the beginning when we had input for the design until the very end of the project, she was very good about communication and answering our questions. We look forward to working with Smith Brothers more in the future.

Had Smith Bros do a lot of work for us. Removed 2 huge dead tress and grinding something like 14 stumps THEN regrade the yard and lay some landscape rocks. Not only was their price the best but the crew was on point and did an amazing job. It was one of the easiest services I've had to deal w/ regarding home projects. Great company. For sure would recommend!

We had two large flower beds that were bordered by really old pavers. We have been planning to replace them for some time. We met with several contractors BUT decided to work with Smith Brothers because they came highly recommended. We contacted Smith Brothers on a Thursday. Lien came out the next day. She provided us with a competitive proposal on Saturday and her crew began work on Tuesday. Lien responsiveness in “second to none”. We were also extremely pleased with her expertise. She helped us make design decisions which, in the end, gave the flower beds a much needed “pop”. Her entire team was very professional. As the work was being performed, we added some extras AND, even with that, everything was completed in 3 days. We could not be more pleased.

We’ve live here over 14 years and our patio was old and we’d have standing water by our house when it would rain so we were overdue for a new one. Lien was great to work with! In a word WOW! My wife and I wanted to redo our backyard which had a cement patio. We decided we wanted to have pavers and a firepit installed. We had 4 recommendations from friends. After we receive all 4 quotes I stumbled upon Smith brothers in a coupon book and decided to get a quote. After spending 5 minutes with Lein I knew we had the company we wanted to deal with for our project. She was so knowledgeable and nice it just felt right. We weren't just looking for the cheapest price. We were looking for someone we thought would be responsible and do a fantastic job. While their price was one of the best it was their work ethic and reliability that really stood out. We could not be happier from start to finish.
