Sonic boom fitness is amazing!! I’ve always heard such great things about this gym, so I decided to try out their 7 free classes at the time. Since then I’ve been hooked! Their coaching/staff are so friendly and helpful! They have helped me so much physically and mentally so far and I can’t wait to keep coming back! I highly recommend Sonic Boom fitness!

Chris Mezzaroba is a kickboxing coach at Sonic Boom Fitness. Since I’ve been going to Chris’s classes, I’ve lost 40 pounds, and I’ve kept it off!! Chris makes the classes fun yet challenging. He develops new programs every class, and pushes us to keep up. I plan to continue with Chris in 2024 and beyond! He is awesome!!!!

I love the classes at Sonic! All the instructors are great to work with and really help give you the push you need during classes! I did a 6 week boot camp and lost weight and toned up a lot!

This gym is amazing. The coaches are top notch- challenging you daily, encouraging everyone, no matter your level. Modifying when needed but also pushing you to be better then the day before… Class participants are welcoming and supportive . I cannot say enough good things about Sonic Boom. What an amazing gym! The owners/coaches are always there helping members , encouraging and cheering you on. They make each class fun but challenging, the push you to be better and are rooting for you every step of the way! The members are like family, welcoming and friendly! I started Sonic Boom Fitness about a year and half ago, with little experience and slightly intimidated. That quickly faded when I was not only welcomed by the coaches but the members as well. It’s always such a positive atmosphere and extremely encouraging. I have never been more dedicated to a gym as much as Sonic! The coaches are well trained and always modify a workout if needed. Even the members help each other out. I have been to other gyms that felt cliquey but I have never felt this way at Sonic. They have transformed me not only physically but mentally as well!

I started with Vito a few months back and absolutely love working out at Sonic Boom! I already had some past work out buddies there but I really needed to focus on me so I hired Vito for some PT and it’s been the most amazing experience! Vito is very patient yet pushes me to be my best. After having a serious knee surgery, Vito is helping me gain form and function back and I feel stronger every day! If you want a great family feeling environment, Sonic Boom is the best. I’ve never felt more welcome and comfortable at a gym. Come check them out for yourself.
