Honest and Fair! Non-commissioned employee's coming to your home to fix the problem, not sell you stuff you don't need to make commission. We had a leak, they could have torn our entire shower apart and sold us a $30K repair! Instead, they took the time, investigated, found the issue, and the right and reasonable repair! They sent out someone to find and asses the situation, then sent a plumber to come fix it! They could have told me whatever they wanted, as no other way to find the issue. Instead they did the right thing, investigated, found the issue, and sent the plumber to fix it. Hundreds instead of thousands! I am now a Bedrock Plumbing Plus Member! I fully trust this company! Honesty and Integrity!
