Robert from Bedrock Plumbing came out today to take a look at a laundry list of minor plumbing repairs for us. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home, patient in explaining what he was seeing and genuinely helpful. He told us when something was a DIY fix and when something required professional servicing. He patiently walked us through our choices without any high pressure upsell tactics like a competitor of theirs. He fixed a number of items on the spot, adjusted a couple other items free of charge and helped us figure out how to order other items we need and offered to come back to install them if we find the DIY is beyond our capabilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had Bedrock install a new water softner. Great experience. The plumber Jaden was very polite, knowledgeable and willing to listen and answer our questions. Cleaned up after himself so well you would’ve never known someone had just installed a water softener. Would recommend any of their services based off our experience!

Our water heater gave out unexpectedly one weekend and we had no idea where to start. I chose Bedrock because it's a small, local company and am so glad I did! I spoke with an actual person (not AI bot) on a Saturday and was able to be scheduled on Monday. Tyler and his associate came as scheduled that afternoon and had a new water heater installed in a few hours; so far, so good. The final cost was in line with our expectations, and even though we might have been able to find a *slightly* lower price somewhere else, I think the excellent service makes it totally worth it. Very happy with our choice to use Bedrock and will return to them for our future plumbing needs!

Robert did a great did on our tankless water heater installation in Minnetonka! On-time, great communication, worked clean and was highly professional in all his interactions with our family. Bedrock Plumbing even sent Robert back out at no charge to exchange the gas regulator (an issue with the city, not Bedrock, but did it free anyway). We signed up for the Plus membership which saved money on the installation, and also got us a free inspection with a camera video of our mainline. Pretty cool to see, and gave us great peace of mind that there were no tree roots or anything since we're new to the home. Call Bedrock if you want a local option with great service that's not one of the overpriced big guys.
