What a great experience! Starting with Zach in the office taking my call, to Jaden coming out and inspecting my main sewer line with a camera, the whole process was easy and professional with great communication. I got texts and emails for appointment notifications and when Jaden was on his way, followed up by a call from Jaden explaining what he found and how things can be taken care of if the need arises. I highly recommend Bedrock! What a great team and operation!Edit 9/26: There turned out to be a slight issue that arose after the inspection. One of the clean outs used for the inspection ended up breaking and causing a slow leak in the crawl space. When I discovered it I emailed them about it and it was promptly taken care of same day on a Saturday! Another tech happened to be in the area so he was able to come out, replace the piece that was broken, and he assumed liability without knowing if it was actually their fault or not. Again a true testament to their character and service. Thanks, Bedrock!
