Love this gym! It’s huge and beautiful and has everything you need for Olympic or power lifting. And loved the Hyrox class with Erika! Crazy good workout and a fun way to sample some of the Hyrox stations. Excited to go again!

This is the best gym I’ve been to in the nation. Moving to STL has pushed my weightlifting into a whole new level, and I attribute that to this gym and the community and environment it brings to the table. If you’re a weightlifter, powerlifter, or just looking to get moving and you’re in the STL area, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t come to Strength Works.
