I would rate Skill of Strength 6 starts if I could. I am 65 years old and, thanks to Skill of Strength, I’m in the best shape of my life. Despite being the age when strength and conditioning are even more challenging to improve, I am steadily becoming stronger and more fit.I initially went to Skill of Strength for help in safely and effectively incorporating kettlebells into my fitness routine. In my first session, my coach listened to my fitness goals and assessed my mobility and balance. By the end of the first session, I had an excellent introduction to kettlebells and a custom fitness program. After 10 weeks of using the program, I was delighted with my progress. Now, I am training to pass a demanding kettlebell certification test.Skill of Strength’s atmosphere is friendly with a sense of comradery. All ages, genders, and levels of fitness are welcome. The coaches’ advice is based on science, a welcome relief to the self-proclaimed experts on YouTube. If you want a gym with a pool and fancy snack bar, Skill of Strength is probably not for you. But, if you want coaches who would listen to you and help you achieve your fitness goals, I highly recommend Skill of Strength.
