I have been a member of SOS for 6 months now and really appreciate the sense of community. I really look forward to having Leah as a Coach for at least 2 of my weekly classes. She is really observant and is watching even when I don't realize it. She encourages me when I feel like I don't have any gas left in my tank during the metabolic conditioning portion of class. Leah doesn't hesitate to call me out on a strength component when she knows I'm capable of lifting more weight safely. So, there's no hiding from her keen eyes. I also love how she checks in with everyone on a personal level inviting us to share with her and vice versa which creates that continued sense of community.

Coming back to the gym today with a new variation on the bench was refreshing as its challenging at SOS in the right way. Its great to have coaches looking out for us with not only technique but also our desire to continue to be challenged.
