We dropped in a Saturday class at Southern Pines CF while visiting family. We were greeted by both owners Sarah and Toni and from the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and taken care of. We loved that they had childcare available allowing us to both workout and Jackie was an awesome and attentive coach. Great community. Less

Owning an affiliate ourselves, you look for different things when you drop in to other CrossFit gym. Southern Pines has it figured out. Seamless drop in process, high energy classes, and knowledgeable staff are all things that give them the feel of a professional fitness facility. The cherry on top is the facility itself, great selection of equipment, spacious lay out, and plenty of extra amenities (childcare) that you don’t necessarily find at the majority of gyms let alone CrossFit gyms. We were left feeling like we were long time members even though we were only there for a day. Looking forward to seeing how Southern Pines continues to serve their members in the years to come! Less

In town for a day. Southern Pines made it extremely easy to drop in, didn’t leave us wondering where to go or when to be there, and everyone was warm and welcoming when we showed up. Facility is currently being finished but even in the midst of construction it’s nicer than 90% of affiliates I’ve been to. Staff was knowledgeable and made sure I moved well and felt coached throughout the class. Members were encouraging and made us feel like we were at home during the workout. If we’re ever in town again I can’t see us going anywhere else! Less

I dropped in at Southern Pines Crossfit while visiting family in the area. The gym is clean, organized, and has plenty of equipment available. The coach was clear in her instructions, helped people scale and modify appropriately, and paid good attention during the WOD. We had time to stretch after, so she also led us though mobility. The people in class were nice and supportive. At the beginning of class, we introduced ourselves and shared something cool that happened over the weekend. The bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of street parking, though the actual lot has few spaces. I am not used to using rubber weight plates, but they weren't a bad experience. I will drop in again when visiting. Less

I have been coming for 2 months, and have already met INCREDIBLE people!! The community is unlike any other!! Not once did I ever feel like “the new person” EVERYBODY was over and beyond welcoming. The adaptability of each person is unmatched. Each coach takes their time with you, and fits each and every movement to help YOU and what you’re able to do. Their programming is amazing.. Did I mention the coaches?? I am so grateful I found this gym, and the people in it are a cherry on top. Do yourself a favor and stop in.. whether your stopping through or looking around, it is worth your time. Less
