Even in 100 degree weather they were efficient, friendly and worked the whole day with smiles on their faces. They cleaned up after they were done and left everything looking like new.

Brandon from Handy Air was the first tech I talked to who was able to come out on a Saturday. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad run capacitor and explained the good and bad news. Good news is that it's a very common issue, bad news is that because it's a common issue he didn't have any replacements available. Brandon said he could get one and come replace it on Sunday or Monday. Then he calls about half an hour later saying that one of his other techs had one that he was able to borrow. He showed up, replaced the capacitor, double checked all the readings and confirmed that the system was working properly again.
