Trusty Tails takes away the anxiety of leaving a pet at home! Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and courteous. We have appreciated the opportunity to meet our petsitter ahead of time and introduce him/her to our pet. The journal entries with details and pictures that we get after each visit are so thorough and fun to read. The staff is also very responsive via email or phone if we’ve had questions. We’ve been Trusty Tail customers for almost 2 years now and we can’t say enough amazing things about the whole team. We love how easy it is to book and modify walks through their client portal and how smooth the business operates. Management is very accommodating to last minute requests and is extremely quick to respond to emails during the day, night, and even on weekend nights. The walkers are caring and consistently make sure to post a journal with pictures after every walk. Loki and Thor (our frenchies) always look forward to Trusty’s visits :) Your pet will be in great hands with them. Less
