This class was very informative and interesting. Instructor Anthony Smith was extremely knowledgeable and helped everyone the feel comfortable at the range. I recommend anyone thinking about buying a weapon take this class first.

Officer Smith is an outstanding instructor. Very personable and keeps the mood light and enjoyable while also making sure everyone understands the seriousness of this class. During the range portion, he keeps the number of shooters low so he can make sure everyone is being watched and offers support and instruction constantly. Highly recommend anyone to take his class. We will be back for more.

I have always hated power points in school but in class yesterday the way Smitty let us interact within the whole group and let us share are opinions about what he was teaching and showing made the class a lot more interesting. I don’t know where to even begin….. Anthony Smith was excellent and that is an understatement. I have always hated power points in school but in class yesterday the way Smitty let us interact within the whole group and let us share are opinions about what he was teaching and showing made the class a lot more interesting. Even if we got something wrong he explained to us why it was wrong and etc... I found this to be extremely helpful because obviously knowledge is power and knowing right from wrong when carrying is extremely important. He also went over basic handgun fundamentals from grip to aiming and stance. After the class lecture was over we headed to the range…. READ THIS I have shot with many people who were in military and who were cops and we were on private ranges but not once has one of those people added a little bit of stress while shooting. Anthony smith not only went over fundamentals from the simple way to hold a gun in class but also went over it again at the range. After shooting a few rounds he started to add a little bit of stress. He would be behind you close enough for you to hear and he would start to rush you saying “he is shooting back get that mag changed” while he was giving verbal movement commands….. I personally loved that. In the real world you won’t just be standing there and the threat won’t give you a chance to reload so adding that stress of hurry up and reload was a great experience and I will definitely be going back for the holster class. HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking Anthony Smiths Class….. Less
