My recent experience with RED marketing was catastrophic. I am not being dramatic. Jace handed me to Chelsea Smith. She promised me the moon in our first call. I never heard from Chelsea again. Chelsea passed me to Steven Zimmerman. Steven had never worked on a real estate account ~ so it appears ~ and blundered his way through trying to learn at my expense. $1500 per month so he could learn. I did not know this. In December I learned that my google adspend was 10k! What??? Nobody asked me if I wanted to spend 10k! No! I can’t afford that! I checked out my ads and the keywords were irrelevant, the ad copy even included the promotion of a competing brokerage ~ TRUTH ~ and I almost lost my mind. I immediately reviewed my ads and keywords and saw that most of them were general keywords that may drive traffic but not relevant traffic. Basic keywords absent. General keywords that attract irrelevant traffic ~ check! I rewrote my ads and keywords myself to start to control the damage! My site is apparently not being indexed, my primary pages not ranking for specific keywords, and I am scrambling to find trained professionals who can fix the damage and get me back on track asap. Oh. My phone has not rung at all. I was promised google ad and seo services and instead was passed to a novice who never understood my local business, my target audience and how to reach them. I am devastated. Have never had such a bad experience and have no recourse now that the money was spent. I am a longtime web owner and google ad user and assumed I could trust RED to perform the job they promised. Hard no. Time, lots and lots of money and business lost. On a score from 0-10… Less
