I can not express to you how amazing this Dr is. I was diagnosed several times by different things in the past. When seeing this Dr he was exceptional. He not only took his time to see what’s going on but he checked my vitals weight and gave even more info I didn’t know before. Last time I went he prescribed 21 pills, and I don’t think either one of us realized that this would not quite get me to my next appointment. I called the office to see if I could get prescribed just a few more to get me to my next appointment next Friday and they said I would have to come in earlier. I run out of pills Monday. I have read that it is bad to completely cut off antidepressants but I told her there was absolutely no way I could come in earlier since I have a very demanding job and I work 12 hours M-Th. She agreed it is very bad but refused to acknowledge my constraint. She wouldn’t even ask him if there is anything that could be done. Perhaps a telehealth for example??? Again, I have been here many times over the last several months so it should be low risk providing a few more of the same drug I’ve been using for months. In fact one time I called and talked to him directly and he was able to prescribe a whole new drug for me over the phone. So I guess because he miscounted the days to my next appointment and the front desk says he won’t give me a couple more, I will quit and never go back to this place. Less

Dr Nelson has a good attitude and easy to talk to about how you feel about your health. Best of all you don’t have to wait a long time when it comes to your appointment time either. I have even referred him to other people.
