This practice demanded that he come in for a "test" that was not covered by insurance and then billed him $300 through their "third party" and refused to help in any way. Front desk staff is incredibly rude. I would imagine the "test" is a nice way to scam an extra $150 out of patients. $450 for medication management and bad attitude. Regency was referred to me by my previous doctor who retired. Nelson is very personable, thorough, and has been extremely helpful with my diagnosis. Jovana, his receptionist, has been wonderful too! Can't say enough good things about their office!

This place has gave me and my daughter's life back. Before finding Regency Psychiatric Services I was so exhausted and in tears everyday trying to care for my daughter. My daughter was diagnosed with schizophrenia over a year ago and she was put on meds at that time but those meds where making her condition worse. The side effects were making her worse. So for one year I left her off meds and tried to manage it the best I could. Well that didn't go well at all. Her mental illness came back worse and I had to stop working to care for her. She never slept and would keep everybody up in our house, so I had to start sleeping in the car with her every night. I would just cry and pray and rock her like a baby. One day I had a serious break down and just asked God to please Guide us to someone who could help us. God answered my prayers when I found this place!! Dr. Nelson is so nice and thoughtful and he works with us on payments so Kayla is never without her medications. He takes his time and truly listens to you. I was able to voice my health concerns and he even referred me to a GP for my high blood pressure and was able to put me on a nonstimulant ADHD med that didn’t interfere with my BP meds.
